我不再生气英文读后感作文
英文:
I used to get angry easily, but now I've learned to control my emotions. When something happens that would have made me angry before, I take a deep breath and try to see
the situation from a different perspective. I ask myself if it's worth getting upset over and if there's anything I can do to change the situation. If not, I let it go and move on.
For example, if someone cuts me off in traffic, instead of honking my horn and getting angry, I remind myself that maybe they're in a hurry or didn't see me. I don't know
their situation, so I shouldn't assume they did it on purpose. I also remind myself that getting angry won't change the situation or make me feel better, so it's not worth it.
中文:
我曾经很容易生气,但现在我学会了控制自己的情绪。

当以前会让我生气的事情发生时,我会深呼吸并尝试从不同的角度看待这个情况。

我会问自己是否值得生气,是否有什么我可以做来改变这个情况。

如果没有,我就放下它,继续前进。

例如,如果有人在交通中切断我的路,我不会按喇叭并生气,我会提醒自己,也许他们很匆忙或没有看到我。

我不知道他们的情况,所以我不应该假设他们是故意的。

我也提醒自己,生气不会改变情况或让我感觉更好,所以不值得。
