原子吸收光谱法测定土壤和沉积物中的铅萧婉仪(广东省地质实验测试中心,广东 广州 510000)摘 要: 对土壤和沉积物中的铅的采用混合酸分解、稀硝酸提取、火焰原子吸收分光光度计及石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪分析测定,火焰原子吸收分光光度计可测到10-9 g ·mL -1数量级,石墨炉原子吸收法可测到10-13 g ·mL -1数量级。

该方法准确度和精密度较高,样品处理过程简单、快捷,分析检测的结果满足HJ 491—2019、GB/T 17141—1997技术规范要求。

其中土壤有机污染重金属比较突出,主要是重金属不能被微生物有效分解。

土壤重金属污染物主要有汞、镉、铅、铜、铬、砷、镍、铁、锰、锌等。

其中铅是人体唯一不需要的微量元素,是一种稳定且很难降解的污染物。

其长期在环境中累积,造成慢性铅中毒的主要原因就是环境污染。

据测定,当人体内血铅质量浓度0.30 μg·mL -1时,就会引发中毒症状。

据统计,长期接触微量元素铅的人,铅阻碍血细胞的形成,影响血液进入脑组织,损害小脑及大脑皮层,干扰代谢活动,使营养物质与氧气供应不足,引起脑小毛细管内皮层细胞肿胀。

因此,高效准确检测土壤中铅的含量是很有必要的。

本文采用混合酸溶液分解土壤样品中的铅,硝酸提取,用原子吸收光谱法测定。

该方法处理过程简单,高效准确。

1 实验部分1.1 主要仪器和设备ZA3300系列偏振塞曼火焰原子吸收分光光度计,日立高新技术公司;ZA3700系列石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计,日立高新技术公司;AL104型电子天平,瑞士梅特勒-托利多公司;温控电热板,控制精度±2.5 ℃,湖北省地质实验研究所;分析天平,精度0.000 1 g,AL104 ,梅特勒-托利多仪器(上海)有限公司。
