今天终于等到了offer，回想三个月的求职历程，真正体
会到什么叫好事多磨。

就要毕业了，发个面经也算是对苦读了7年的母校一个回馈。

10月初，我在网站的介绍上看到了PG
的招聘信息，就按照要求进展了网申和性格测试。

接下来好多北大和清华的都受到了宣讲会的邀请，还以为自己被鄙视，好是郁闷了一阵。

突然接到笔试通知的时候都吓了一条。

关于宝洁的笔试，我就不多说了。

就是中文疑难测试和英文程度测试。

值得一提的是，应该多注意那三道开放性问题。

题目内容在许多网上可以找到，就是举例说明自己的领导力、创造力、解决困难的才能和压力下工作的才能等。

在笔试完后，又是痛苦的等待。

一面我的是一个老外和一个中国人，都
是资深员工(最搞得是我在三面的'时候，还遇到一面的gg在做实验，呵呵)。

主要考察的就是你的科研才能和个人才能，由于我是小硕，所以博士的面试内容应该更侧重科研。

面了大概30~40分钟，那个gg还很nice。

过了一个月通知二面。

还是一中一外，不过都是 manager，内容和上次差不多，也不是那么问细节了。

由于这次我不紧张，了得很happy。

那个老外还被我都笑了。

三面是见传说中的AD，我见得是一个美国人，四十多岁，开场我们都有些拘谨。

三面的内容相当灵敏，因人而宜。

整个谈话为40~50分钟。

我的建议是，多准备一些有表现力的例子，并着重准备一两个，而且要是真实的例子。

在面试的时候，面试官很容易发现你讲的是否属实。

所以，无论是网申还是面试，都要be youself!今天很幸运，我去找hrjj时，她刚刚拿到offer letter。

而且我们系昨晚才把三方发给个人，我今天代过去把事情都办玩了，明天可以安心回家了。

最后，祝每个人都能拿到满意的offer。
