墙面喷刷涂料施工工艺标准
墙面喷涂乳胶漆施工工艺
一、基层处理
1）顶棚基层处理
由于本工程混凝土达到清水结构面的平整度，因此结构面不抹砂浆灰，仅采用粉刷石膏打底，薄薄满刮5mm厚。

操作要点如下：
1.搭脚手架：铺好脚手板后，约距顶板高1.8m左右。

2.基层处理：将表面尘土、污垢清扫干净。

3.弹线、套方、找规矩：根据50cm水平线找出靠近顶板四周的水平线，作为顶板抹灰水平控制线。

4.刮涂：在顶板混凝土湿润的情况下，采用粉刷石膏打底，厚度约为3mm。

操作时需用力压，以便底灰与混凝土面抓牢
并挤入顶板细小孔隙中。

最后用软刮尺刮抹顺平，用铁抹子或塑料刮片压光。

2）内墙面基层处理
混凝土墙面同顶板抹3mm厚粉刷石膏，ALC加气混凝土
墙面抹5mm厚粉刷石膏。

施工操作要点同顶板，但是混凝土
结构面（墙、顶板）与ALC加气混凝土砌块基面交接处，必
须用玻纤网布粘贴，作为防裂增强处理。

二、涂刷前的准备工作
1）主要材料准备
使用前，必须先将桶内的涂料进行充分搅拌，使其均匀后方可涂刷。

冬期施工若发现涂料有凝冻现象，可用加温处理。

加温时可将涂料桶放在热水盆或桶内，搅拌涂料至凝冻完全消
失。

若涂料因水分或溶剂蒸发后变稠，要根据不同涂料进行稀释处理。

2）机械、工具准备
涂料进行喷涂施工时，需用最高气压1MPa排气量、
0.6m3的空气压缩机。

空气压缩机的排气量是关系到施工工效的主要因素，排气量大，一台空压机上接的喷斗就多，涂料喷涂的工效就快。

一般排气量为0.6m3的空压机可接2～3个喷斗。

同时，需高压气管100m左右。

3）喷涂施工前
喷涂施工前，应将不喷涂的部位，用塑料布或其他材料完全遮挡好，以防止破坏或弄污其他饰面。

4）涂刷天气条件要求
涂刷材料的施工应在室内大于5的温度下进行。

潮湿的雨天最好不要施工。

如必须施工，就应选择耐潮湿的涂料品种，并应关上门窗进行施工。

三、乳液型涂料（乳胶漆）的施工工艺---喷斗喷涂
各种乳胶漆在涂刷施工时，可用手工排笔刷漆法，也可用机械喷涂法。

喷涂的空气压缩机压力控制在0.5～0.8MPa，排气量为0.6m3.根据气压、喷嘴直径、涂料稠度调整喷斗的气
节门，以将涂料喷成雾状为准。
