教课过程：
Step Ⅰ Warm up and revision（热身与复习）
1.Greetings.
2.Talk about the food.
Step Ⅱ Presentation and practice（体现新语言知识和练习）1.Lead in.

Ss: I had some milk/some bread/an egg.
2.Learn to say and use the words.

SeptⅢ Learn the story（学习课文）
1.Read the story and learn to say the useful sentences.
2.Watch the cartoon.

教课反省：
经过学习，学生们能分辨出健康和不健康的饮食和生活习惯，他们知道了早餐的重要性，健康饮食习惯的重要性。

2. 能用句型How long does it take to get to from by ？咨询来往两地所需的时间，并能用句型It takes about回答。
