Self-Reservation Mountain Exchange Agreement
This Self-Reservation Mountain Exchange Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Insert Date], by and between [Insert Party A Name] ("Party A") and [Insert Party B Name] ("Party B").
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, Party A owns and operates a mountain property located at [Insert Party A Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Mountain Property";

1.Exchange of Rights: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Party A shall have the right to use and enjoy the Other
Mountain Property, and Party B shall have the right to use and enjoy the Mountain Property, for a period beginning on [Insert Start Date] and ending on [Insert End Date].
2.Conditions Precedent: The exchange of rights under this Agreement shall take effect upon the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent:
(a) Execution of this Agreement by both Parties;
(b) Approval of this Agreement by the relevant authorities, if required;
(c) Payment of all applicable fees and expenses, if any.
