CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION
This Contract is made and entered into on [Date] between [Party A Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") and [Party B Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor").
Article 1: Project Description

In the event of any dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with this contract, the parties shall attempt to resolve the matter through friendly negotiation.
