1.业务流程综述Process Description
When you want to entered into a business relationship that needs a new material, for example, your company designs a new product. You should create new material to meet the requirement. Firstly, the end user fills out the format and sends out it to the relevant department to input other information, after all the department finished the format, sending it out to the IT, the person in charge will create new material in the SAP system.
This process guides and rules the activity including the steps and department responsibilities of changing or creating material master, input or output documents and so on, in order to ensure the SAP system gain the correct new mater data in time.
