I have had a terrible experience with a violent
delivery service. It all started when I ordered a package online and chose a well-known express delivery company to deliver it to my home. I was expecting the package to
arrive within 3 days, but it didn't show up. I called the customer service hotline and was put on hold for over 30 minutes before finally speaking to a representative. The representative was not helpful at all and simply told me to wait another day for the package to arrive.
The next day, I received a notification that my package had been delivered, but when I checked outside my door, there was nothing there. I called the delivery company again and this time, I was told that the package had been left with a neighbor. I was shocked because I had not authorized the delivery person to leave my package with anyone else. When I went to my neighbor's house, they told
me that the delivery person had thrown the package over the fence and left without even knocking on their door. I was furious and demanded to speak to a manager, but the customer service representative refused to connect me to anyone higher up.
I was so frustrated and disappointed with the service that I decided to file a complaint with the company and request a refund for the delivery fee. It took weeks for the company to respond to my complaint, and when they
finally did, they offered me a measly discount on my next delivery instead of a refund. I couldn't believe how poorly I was treated as a customer, and I vowed never to use that delivery service again.
