多杀菌素防治储粮害虫的研究进展

【摘要】多杀菌素广谱高效、低残留、对非靶标动物安全,同时杀虫机理独特,与现有储粮害虫防治药剂不存在交叉抗性,是一种极具应用前景的微生物源绿色储粮防护剂。

本文简单介绍了多杀菌素结构和作用机理,重点讲述了其防治储粮害虫的功效和粮库应用试验,并提出以＂预防为主,综合治理＂的原则来使用多杀菌素防治储粮害虫。

%Spinosad,highly active on a wide variety of insect pests,less-persistent,safe for non-target organisms,having unique insecticide mechanism and no cross-resistance to the existing stored-grain insecticides,was a novel microbial and green stored-grain protectant with high prospects.In this paper,the construction and insecticide mechanism of spinosad were briefly introduced,and its efficacy on preventing stored-grain pests and application tests in grain depots were mainly specified,coming up with the principle of prevention first and comprehensive treatment to prevent stored-grain pests with spinosad.【总页数】4页(P400-403)
