术语表
Alpha Value Alpha 值An internal Pilkington value describing the complexity of a windscreen’s centreline profile (crosscurve). Typically, values < 6 are feasible, 6 to 7 are difficult and >7 are beyond current capability. Usually measured at the top and bottom of the glass centreline.
皮尔金顿内部对有关前风挡中心线剖面(球面度)复杂度进行描述的值。
当其值小于6时表示具有可行性,当其值在6和7之间时表示比较困难,当其值大于7时表示超出了目前的生产能力。
Alpha 值通常可以从玻璃中心线的上部和下部测量获得。
Angle of wrap to Pillar (maximum) 到车柱的弯曲角(最大)The largest angle measured at the pillar edge, between the glass and a chord across the glass (left/right). See diagram letter K
在玻璃车柱边测量,为玻璃和跨过玻璃的弦(从左至右)之间的最大角度。

Angle of Wrap to Roof / Trunk
到车顶/引擎盖的弯曲角The angle measured between the glass and the centreline chord. See diagram letter H = Roof, letter J = Trunk

Camber弯深Maximum depth of bend with glass in four point contact with horizontal plane. See diagram letter D

Centreline Height 中心线高度Maximum chord length measured at the centreline of windscreens and backlights (top to bottom). See diagram letter C 在前风挡和后挡的中心线位置测量的(从顶部到底部)最大弦长。

CPB传统压弯工艺Conventional Press Bending. Equipment designed to produce simple and semi-complex parts. 传统压弯工艺。

CpK The statistical measurement of capability of the process. 过程能力的统计测量。
Crossbend
Front/Centre/Rear (Sidelights only) 前部/中部/后部弯深(仅对侧窗)This is a measure of the major curvature in a sidelight and is measured top to bottom at the centre of the part. See diagram letters P.Q.R.
这一指标是指侧窗的主要弯曲。
其测量方式是从上至下在玻璃中部测量,见图表中P.Q.R.部分。
Crosscurve
Bottom/Centre/Top (Sidelights only) 下部/中部/上部球面度(仅对侧窗)Generally this is a measure of the secondary curvature in a shaped sidelight and is measured from left to right at the top, centre and bottom edges of the part. See diagram letters S.T.U.
通常是指弯侧窗的次要弯曲,其测量方式是从左至右地在玻璃上部、中部、和底部测量。
见图表中S.T.U.的部分。
Crosscurve Centre中间球面度 (WS/BL only仅对前风挡/后挡) Generally this is a measure of the secondary curvature in a backlight or windscreen. The depth is measure at the centre of the centreline. See diagram letter E 通常是指后挡或者前风挡的次要弯曲。
该深度在玻璃中心线中部测量。
见图表中E部分。
Crosscurve Maximum 最大球面度(WS/BL only仅对前风挡/后挡) Generally this is a measure of the secondary curvature in a backlight or windscreen, this is taken as the maximum depth at the centreline. See diagram letter F通常指是后挡或是前风挡的次要弯曲。
在中心线的最大深度处测量。

Glass Height玻璃高度The maximum length (chord length) measured across the glass (top to bottom). See diagram letter B (从上到下)跨玻璃测量的最大长度(弦长)。

Glass Width玻璃宽度The maximum length (chord length) measured across the glass (left to right). See diagram letter A(从左到右)跨玻璃测量的最大长度(弦长)。
见图表中A部分。
Installation Angle from Horizontal水平安装角Angle at which the glass is positioned in the car. Measured from the horizontal. See diagram letter M 将玻璃安装到车辆中时的角度。
为与水平方向的角度。

Installation Angle from Vertical垂直安装角Angle at which the glass is positioned in the car. Measured from the vertical. See diagram letter N 将玻璃安装到车辆中时的角度。
为与垂直方向的角度。

Lehr Furnace 隧道式热弯炉Continuous gas-fired tunnel furnace used for manufacturing sag-bent parts. 用于制造自重弯曲成型玻璃的、隧道式连续燃气热弯炉。

Off-form吻合度The measurement of difference between the glass and checking fixture at points around the perimeter of the glass. 玻璃周边上各点和检具之间的差别。

Perimeter Length 周长Total length around the glass edge (perimeter). 玻璃边的总长度(周长)。
Pilkington Code 皮尔金顿编码Pilkington Identification number given to vehicle part. 皮尔金顿的汽车产品识别码。
Pillar Rise 侧边球面度Crosscurve measured in the pillar area of windscreens and backlights. See diagram letter G 在前风挡和后挡的车柱区测得的球面度。

Pre-process预处理All activities needed before the furnace stage. E.g. Cutting, edge
grinding/polishing/hole drilling etc. 热弯炉(钢化炉)之前的所有加工过程。

Quick Sag
快速自重成型System for making simple parts. 制造简单产品的系统。
Raw Glass Size 原片玻璃的尺寸Approximate flat glass square required to contain flattened product shape. (Approximate Billing Size) 包含产品展平形状的近似平矩形玻璃尺寸(近似计价尺寸)。
Rx Minimum X方Smallest radius of curvature measured in x direction (left to right) in mm.
向的最小曲率半径在X方向(从左至右)测得的最小曲率半径,单位mm。
Ry Minimum Y方向的最小曲率半径Smallest radius of curvature measured in y direction (top to bottom) in mm. 在Y方向(从上至下)测得的最小曲率半径,单位mm。
R2 Minimum
最小双曲率半径Measurement of smallest double curvature in glass (product of Rx and Ry) in mm2 x 105 玻璃的最小双曲率半径(Rx和Ry的乘积),单位为mm2×10 5。
Weight 重量The approximate weight of the designed glass shape (area x thickness x 2.5x10-6) 按照玻璃的设计形状计算的近似重量(面积×厚度×2.5×10-6)。
