Lesson 11 What’s your favourite subject?商州区孝义九年制学校张高平一、教材依据:本课为冀教版八年级英语第三册第11课,属讲练课,侧重于培养学生的英语语言交际能力。
本课的重点也是学生所感兴趣的话题,学生也有话可说,即学即会。
二、设计思想:我认为目前的英语教学是一种以培养学生运用能力为目的的交际教学,应变学生“苦学”为“乐学”,教师必须抓住课堂这个核心,采用多种教学方法激发学生学习兴趣,调动学生学习的积极性,步步深入,层层点拔,在轻松愉快的环境中完成教学任务。
.三、教学目标:(1)知识技能目标。
学习并掌握固定句型:What’s your favourite subject?并能用英语描述自己喜欢的科目。
(2)能力目标:能在生活中用所学知识进行交际。
(3)情感目标:树立学习英语的自信心,能过师生合作联系实际,激发学生学习英语的热情,培养学生运用所学知识进行交际的能力。

可教学方法的选用对学生接受知识,锻炼能力都起着重要的作用,所以精心设计教法,能起到事半功倍的效果,为了实现本课的教学目标,突破难点,我设计了以下教学步骤。
(1)课前活动,激情导入。
首先,教学通过学生的值日报告和学生讨论他所喜欢的老师,再引进学生喜欢的科目,通过教师的话I’m sure this class will make you like English.导入新课,这样激发了学生的好奇心和求知欲,同时提高了他们的英语思维能力和敢于众人面前发表自已的见解。
