皮肤防护剂预防鼻咽癌放疗引起皮肤损伤的疗效探讨

【摘要】目的:观察皮肤防护剂局部应用对鼻咽癌患者放疗引起的放射线皮肤损伤的预防作用.方法:将132 例鼻咽癌患者分为两组,均采用双侧面颈联合野加颈部切线照射.A组为实验组,B 组为对照组.两组均按常规护理,实验组整个放疗期间均于放疗前,临睡前局部给予皮肤防护剂.结果:实验组皮肤反应发生率及程度明显低于对照组,差别有显著意义(P<0.01).结论:皮肤防护剂局部应用对预防鼻咽癌患者放射性皮肤损伤有较好的疗效.%Objective: To observe the topical application of skin protective agent in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy for radiation-induced skin damage prevention. Methods: 132 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were divided into two groups, both sides of the neck combined with dual tangential field irradiation plus neck.
A group for the experimental group,
B group was the control group. Two groups according to conventional care, the experimental group were on the whole period of radiotherapy before radiotherapy, given before going to the local skin protectant. Results: The incidence and degree of skin reactions was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P＜0.01). Conclusion: The topical application of skin protective agent for the prevention of radiation-induced skin damage in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma has a good effect.
