【摘要】目的建立人血清中左氧氟沙星(LOX)残留量的快速测定方法。
方法采用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)增敏荧光光度法。
结果用无水乙醇沉淀蛋白,对血清进行预处理,利用LOX-SDS体系测定,人血清中LOX在0.1~5.0μg.ml-1时,荧光强度与浓度呈线性关系,其回归方程为:F=5.552+40.019C(r=0.9990),平均回收率为
99.72%,RSD=0.68%。
结论所建方法简便、准确、快速,可用于人血清中LOX的测定。

【摘要】报道了用四丁基氢氧化铵离子对试剂,在C8色谱柱上同时测定美沙拉嗪及其降解产物2,5-二羟基苯甲酸的含量,流动相为乙睛-0.2mol/L枸橼酸钾缓冲液-0.3%的四丁基氢氧化铵溶液(1:5:80),采用荧光检测器,λEX为315nm,λEM 为430nm。
美沙拉嗪线性范围为0.1~0.8mg/ml,相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为99.4%(n=5),RSD=0.2%;2,5-二羟基苯甲酸线性范围为0.26~2.0μg/ml,相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为99.0%(n=5),RSD=0.4%。

摘要:提供了从泡囊短波单胞菌DC263分离的用于生产羟化类胡萝卜素的新CrtZ类胡萝卜素羟化酶。
此外,发现以前从Novosphingobiumaromaticivorans鉴定的一种假定蛋白具有类胡萝卜素羟化酶活性。
两种羟化酶基因都表现出与以前报道的其它CrtZ羟化酶的低同源性。
羟化酶在异源宿主细胞中的表达使得能够生产羟化类胡萝卜素。
