第五讲 CRT电视机的开关稳压电源CRT电视机的开关稳压电源与液晶电视机的开关稳压电源有很多区别,无功率因素校正(PFC)电路,所用的PWM芯片习惯上也不一样,输出的直流电压种类较多,保护电路的保护方式也有区别。
为此作单独介绍。
一、PWM控制器和大功率场效应管组合-FSCQ1265RT简介F S C Q l265R T是新一代开关电源变换器,它具有很高的功率变换率和很低电磁辐射E M I,完全取代以往使用的STR6700、6707、6709、KA5Q1265RF 等开关稳压变换器,它特别适用于对噪声很敏感的设备如彩电和音频设备。
FSCQl265RT是一个集成脉宽调制(PWM)控制器和大功率SenseFET场效应管的组合,这种设计有利于使用最少的外部元器件,在这里PWM控制器包含有集成固定频率振荡器、欠压搜索电路、引导边缘消隐电路(LEB)、优化门驱动器,内部软启动电路以及为环补偿和自保电路,内含温度补偿精密电流源,如果与分离的MOSFET和PWM 控制器组合方案相比较,它既降低成本、减少尺寸和重量,而且提高效率、改善生产能力,使系统更加稳定可靠运行。
FSCQ1265RT比早期的KA5Q1265RF有许多优点,起动电流仅为20〜50μA,是原来的五分之一,峰值电流为7A,提高了1A。
它的工作电压范围是85V∼265V.。
最大输出功率:170W(输入交流电压220V左右时),140W(输入交流电压90V左右时)。
1、主要性能优化准谐振变换器(QRC);为低于1W的待机功耗下运行提供先进的突变模式;脉冲电流峰值允许可达7A;内设置过载保护OLP,并能自动重新启动;内设置过压保护OVP,并能自动重新启动;内设有异常过流保护AOCP,采用门限方式;内部设有过热切断TSD,采用门限方式;设置具有延时的欠压闭锁(UVLO)功能;很低启动电流,仅有25 μA;很低运行电流,典型值为6mA;内设有高电压功率管SenseFET;内设有软启动,仅需20ms;为适应宽域输入,设置扩展准谐振切换。

DVD机电源IC DL321 及相关资料
电源IC DL321代换:维修中九电源,我觉得以下配件必备:1:16V1000UF电容。
很多机器发现不开机,或电源输出低、开机正常,接75欧线反复启动、或收台少等疑难故障,换掉它,可以起到事功半倍的效果。
2:IN4007二极管。
3:TL431.4:光耦。
5:10UF|400V电容。
6:FR309二极管。
7:2.2欧功率电阻。
8:各种8脚电源IC。
或DVB万能电源板。
9:10D 471K压敏电阻。
(厂家太缺德,如在整流前加一个压敏电阻,可省去我们维修人员多少劳累和钱财呀!我发现,电源只要有压敏电阻,很少坏整流后的原件.)电源IC代换资料,如有差错,请斧正。
1:THX203=RM6203、1803、1203、TFC718S、JH82032:VIP22P=8022、T0165、sd4841p(两IC的3和4脚要对调)3:DH321=DL0165、Q100、DM0265R、4:TM0165暂时没有找到资料。
注意:它绝对不能与321、DL0165R直接代换。
(2:VIP22P=8022、T0165、SD4148P楼主及各位朋友请注意了,是SD4841不是SD4148,楼主型号也写错了,技术这活要认真对待才行。
VIP22和SD4841是不同的不能直接代换的,(不知楼主有否自己试过?这样会误人的),经过本人试验,SD4841用原装型号,较好,实在要换的话,经过本人成功代换,用VIP22A改变脚接线,再换可行。
(具体是两IC的3和4脚要对调,否则烧IC),两IC 功能对比如下:SD4841:1,控制电路地;2,MOSFET接地;3,电源,4,反馈输入。
5,空;6-8,漏极。
VIPER22:1-2,源极接地;3,反馈输入。
4,电源;5-8,漏极。
不知道的话,不要误导人,好不好。

一、电源电路:电源部分采用的是FAIRCHILD公司的5Q1265。
此电源的特点是低成本、待机低功耗、外围电路简单。
它可向整机提供+5V、+14V、+24V、+146V直流稳定电压。

电源IC DL321代换: (个人汇总)FSDH321 FSDL321引脚及实测数据电源IC FSDH321, FSDL321 用于机顶盒、DVD、卫星接收器机等开头电源中,采用8脚双列直插封装。
FSDH321、FSDL321引脚功能:1、GND 地2、Vcc 电源端3、Vfb 反馈输入4、lpk 开关管限流5、Vstr 启动电压输入678 Drain 内部场效应漏级。
工作原理一、电源的启动及输出过程:交流220V市电经电源开关SW1和保险管F1送到由L1和C3组成的具有双向滤波特性的电源滤波器。
该滤波器既可滤除电网中的高频干扰信号,又可抑制本机开关电源产生的高频开关干扰信号对电网的污染。
经过滤波后的220V交流电经D1-D4组成的桥式整流电路整流及C4滤波后,产生300V左右的直流电压。
整流滤波后得到的300V直流电压一路经过开关变压器初级①-②绕组加到IC 1的⑥、⑦、⑧脚内部的’‘敏感型”场效应开关管漏极;另一路直接加到IC1的⑤脚,通过内部高压启动电流源对ICI②脚外接电容C6充电。
随着充电的进行,②脚电压上升,大约15ms 后(由于DH321内部集成有电源软启动电路,该时间为内部软启动电路的电源启动延迟时间),当②脚电压上升到大于12V时,高压电流源的供电立即自行切断。
内部各功能电路开始正常工作,此时开关管进人正常开关状态。
电路起振后改由开关变压器③一④绕组产生的感应脉冲电压经D6整流,R2流及C6滤波后所产生的约14V直流电压为IC1②脚供电。
只要②脚电压不低于8V,电路就将锁定在正常工作状态。
当②脚电压低于8V时,高压启动电流源的供电立即接通,为ICI②脚外接电容充电,只有当②脚电压回升到大于12V时,IC1内部自动重启动电路作用,实现电源的自动重启动(由于ICI内部集成了高压启动电流源,因而无需外加启动电路,简化了外围电路)。
电源工作后,开关变压器两个次级绕组上会不断产生高频脉冲电压,⑥一⑦绕组上的脉冲电压经D8整流,C10滤波后,输出12V直流电压。

STR-G,STR-W,K5Q系列电源维修
采 用KA5Q、STR-G、STR-W系列电源膜块 的开关电源工作特点与维修 曹泓俊 现在,各品牌彩电大量使用三肯公司推出的超级STR-G 系列(STR-G5653、G8656)和STR-W系列(STR-W6756、STR-W6754)及日本仙童公司推出的KA5Q1265、KA5Q0765、FSCQ1265RT、KACQ1265RF系列厚膜块组成的开关电源。
本文着重对新型厚膜块组成的开关电源工作特点及维修要点作全面介绍,提供快速、准确判定故障部位,处理这些IC开关电源出故障时的维修方法。
表1列出了部分电源厚膜块的引脚功能。
1采用KA5Q系列膜块的开关电源I作特 1点及维修图1是仙童(FAIRCHILD)公司推出的FSCQ1265在长虹CH-16机芯产品上应用的开关电路工作原理图。
该Ic还在长虹CH-18机芯、CH-13机芯上使用,当然元件位号会有不同,但相应脚外接元件大小不会改变多少,故可相互参考。
与FSCQ1265同系列的还有FSCQ0765RT、FSCQ1565Q。
这三块IC内部电路结构相同,不同之处在于输出功率不同,它们同的功率大小的关系为:1565>1265>0765。
其中,功率大的可替换功率小的。
1565通常在大屏幕29英寸以上彩电开关电源中应用;1265用在25英寸及以下彩电产品中。
与FSCQ系列工作方式相同的还有KA5Q1265和KACQ1265。
FSCQ与KA5Q外封装大小不同,同为1565,但KA5Q系列较FSCQ系列体积大,工作电流大、功率高。
FSCQ 和KACQ体积小,且KA5Q 供电脚正常工作要求高于20V,而FSCQ和KACQ供电需18V才能正常工作,故FSCQ和KACQ 供电脚上接有18V稳压二极管。
如图l所示,N801③脚外接VD810,为避免瞬间供电对③脚内电路冲击,FSCQ及KACQ 系列次级供电支路还接有限流用的680Ω电阻(图中为R803),而KA5Q系列③脚没有接这两个元件。

四CPU控制部分
与控制部分相关的引脚有(33)(34)(35)(41)(38)(39)(40)(31)(32)(28)等, (35)脚是控制部分供电脚,(40)脚是复位电路外接RC元件,(33)(34)为时 钟振荡,一般使用JA18D-32.768KHZ晶振,(31)(32)输出的总线信号到 存储器,正常工作时两脚为4.9V,将存储器总线断开后,可开机且有光,但 无法换台.(35)脚供电电压偏低会引起自动关机现象.更换空白存储器或 芯片后,有可能会引起频道丢失和节目锁定等现象,解决办法(1):进入维 修状态后,调到EMODE.ADJ页.再将亮度或其它参数调动一下后再还 原,退出即可,(2):若出现节目锁定现象, 更换一新存储器,将电视设置为 15分钟自动关机,遥控开机后,再交流关机即可。(38)(39)脚为 键控输入脚,如果出现按键功能与面框标记功能不符,查外电路无问 题后,可调整总线参数OPT.ADKEY。遥控信号从(26)脚输入。 (28)脚为开待机控制脚. 控制系统引脚功能可通过总线参数的设置 而改变,这就是CH-13机芯 与普通彩电最大不同的地方.其中(23)(24)(25)(27)(29)(30)(36)(37)在 不同的机型中会有不同的功能,因此,其工作电压也不同.(23)(24)脚为 音频切换脚,如果电路板有外接音频切换块HEF4052,则(23)(24)脚会 输出音频切换信号控制HEF4052的(9)(10)脚,如果没有音频切换块,则 (23)脚没有用,(24)脚作为外接音频静噪控制脚.(25)脚为幅频特性控制 脚,(27)脚为音量控制输出脚,如果(27)脚悬空不用, 音量控制通过总线 设置后在芯片内完成.(29)脚为调谐电压输出脚,只有在高频头使用 TDQ-5B6M时才有用,(30)脚为静音控制脚
