一、教材的分析和处理1、教材地位、作用和意义整个单元的内容是围绕Vacations以生动、活泼的对话,以及个人的自我介绍展开的。
而且这些旅游胜地都与我们的生活密切相关,通过本单元的学习,要求学生能够谈论自己想去的地方,并学会介绍旅游景点,以便更进一步运用形容词和定语从句。
在上一单元运用定语从句谈论自己喜好的基础上,进一步学习和运用定语从句谈论所喜欢去旅游的地方,学好这一单元对后面的学习有很大的帮助,起着承上启下的作用。
因此,国家和旅游景点的介绍,不仅在本单元占据主导地位,也是训练学生口语表达能力的良好素材。
根据新目标对学生交际能力的培养,尤其对学生口语及阅读能力的要求不断提高,以及学生的实际情况,我将本课设计为一堂口语会话课。
2.教学目标依据本单元的学习目标和新课标对本单元的要求为指导,依据本课教学内容,结合学生实际,我确定了以下教学目标。

1.复习B中的图片内出现的家具类单词bed , desk , table , chair ,sofa ,bookcase (利用图片复习,如果学生对图片中另外一些物品也能够用英语表达,鼓励他们多说。

a .教师将准备好的一张只画有门、窗、墙壁的空居室图片贴在黑板上,然后用准备好的教具布置房间。
如摆上一张床,挂上窗帘,问学生:Look, what’sit ? 引导学生回答It's a bedroom,并出示a bedroom 的图片进行教学。
b.同样方法学习单词a dining-room,a bathroom ,a sitting-room等。
师要指导好单词的发音。
(bathroom的读音,其中/W/要发准确)c.听录音跟读B中的单词。
d.用学生所认识的人物头饰、图片,运用A中的句式进行操练。
