广告推销书英文作文

广告推销书英文作文英文:As an avid reader myself, I understand the importance of finding a good book to read. That's why I am here to recommend a book that I have personally enjoyed and found extremely valuable. The book is called "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle. This book is all about living in the present moment and letting go of the past and future. Tolle's teachings are simple yet profound, and they have helped me to become more mindful and present in my daily life. The book is alsofilled with practical exercises and techniques to help you stay present and focused. One of my favorite parts of the book is when Tolletalks about the "pain body," which is the accumulation of emotional pain that we carry with us from past traumas and experiences. He explains how this pain body can take overour thoughts and emotions, causing us to react in negative ways. By becoming aware of our pain body and learning howto release it, we can free ourselves from the past and live more fully in the present.Overall, I highly recommend "The Power of Now" to anyone who is looking to live a more mindful and present life. It's a great read for anyone who is interested in personal growth and self-improvement.中文:作为一个热爱阅读的人,我知道找到一本好书的重要性。

You read newspapers, and see half of the pages covered with ads. You turn on TV, and you see commercial advertisements again. Whether you like it or not, advertisements fill your life.广告在现代社会中无处不在。

For example, to advertise a certain food, advertisers will employ an actor to sit at a table and eat up their seemingly delicious food product while they film him.为了吸引更多的顾客,广告有时会走向极端。

大学生推销员职位的申请信英语作文

大学生推销员职位的申请信英语作文

大学生推销员职位的申请信英语作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1Dear Sir or Madam,My name is Timmy and I am 8 years old. I am writing to you today because I would like to apply for the sales representative job that you have posted. I may be just a kid, but I have lots of experience selling things and I think I would be really good at this job!First off, I have been selling lemonade from a stand in front of my house for the past 3 summers. I make the lemonade myself by squeezing fresh lemons and adding sugar and water. Then I set up my little stand with a sign and some cups. Whenever people walk by, I call out "Lemonade for sale! Cool refreshing lemonade!" in my loudest voice to get their attention. I've gotten really good at convincing people to stop and buy a cup. Last summer I made over 100 which is a lot of money for a kid!I'm also really good at selling candy bars and cookies for school fundraisers. Every year my mom gets cases of candy and cookies from the school and I have to go around and sell themdoor-to-door. I've learned that smiling big and being really friendly is important when trying to make sales. I always compliment people on their houses or gardens to start being nice to them. Then I tell them what a great cause it is for and that all the money goes straight to the school. If they still don't want any after that, I give them my best puppy dog eyes and asked if they can just buy one candy bar to help me out. It's really hard to say no to that face!Another thing that makes me a great salesperson is that I'm not afraid to go up to anybody to make a sale. A lot of adults are too shy or nervous, but not me. I've sold so many things this way like selling my old toys at a yard sale, selling crafts I made at an art fair, selling baked goods like cookies and brownies that I made myself. Anytime I have something to sell, I walk around the whole neighborhood knocking on doors and showing people what I've got until I've sold out of everything. I never get embarrassed or give up easy.I'm also a really hard worker who doesn't get distracted easily. When I'm trying to sell something, I stay focused on my goal until it's done. I don't start playing halfway through or watch TV instead of working. I finish what I started no matter how long it takes. Like last year's fundraiser when I was one ofthe last kids still going door-to-door after everyone else had given up. I kept going until I sold my entire case. That's just how determined I am!So in summary, I may be just 8 years old but I already have a ton of sales experience from selling all sorts of things like lemonade, candy, baked goods, toys, crafts and more. I know how to really sell something by being friendly, complimenting people, telling them about the great cause, and doing whatever it takes to make the sale. I'm a hard worker who doesn't quit until the job is done. I think those are some pretty good qualities to have for being a sales rep!Thank you for considering my application. I would be honored to work for your company and put my selling skills to good use. Let me know if you need any other information from me or if you have any other questions!Sincerely,Timmy篇2Dear Sir or Madam,My name is Tommy and I am 8 years old. I would like to apply for the university student sales position at your company. I know I am just a kid, but I am a really good salesperson - just ask my mom!I have a lot of experience selling things. Every year, I sell Girl Scout cookies door-to-door in my neighborhood. Last year, I sold over 500 boxes! I go up to each house and give my whole sales pitch about how delicious the cookies are and why people should buy them from me instead of the other girls. I don't take no for an answer - I am very persistent and persuasive.I also sell lemonade in the summer from a little stand in my front yard. I make fresh lemonade and bake cookies and brownies to sell too. I make big colorful signs to advertise and wave to all the cars driving by to get their attention. Then when people stop, I give them my friendly sales pitch about how my lemonade is made with real lemons and sugar instead of powder mix. I am a very good negotiator and can usually get people to buy more than they originally wanted. At school, I am always the top seller for fundraisers like chocolate bars, gift wrap, and magazines. I make sure to sell to all my neighbors, my parent's coworkers, and extended family. I'm not shy to ask people to support my school and explain whythe cause is important. I'm not afraid of rejection and understand that no just means I have to try harder on the next person. In addition to selling, I have a lot of other great business skills. In math class, I get really good grades on units about money, making change, and calculating discounts and markups. I can do mental math really fast. I'm also a very disciplined and hard worker. I am the first one up and ready for school every morning without my parents having tonag me. On weekends, I get up early to do all my chores before playing.I may be just a kid, but I am very mature, responsible, and persuasive for my age. I am a real self-starter when it comes to selling and making money. I have big goals and dreams to be a successful businessperson one day. This sales job would be great experience and look fantastic on my resume. I promise to be your top salesperson if you give me this opportunity. You won't be disappointed!Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you!Sincerely,Tommy篇3Dear Hiring Manager,Hi! My name is Tommy and I'm 8 years old. I really really want to be a sales reperesentative for your compny. I'm the best salser ever!I've been selling stuff for years now. When I was 5, I had a lemnade stand on my street. I yelled really loud "Lemonaaade, get your lemonade here!" and people came from all over the neighborhood to buy my lemonade. I made 37 in just one day! That's a lot for a 5 year old. Then in 1st grade, I sold chocolate bars for my school fundraiser. I went door-to-door on my whole block saying "Would you like to buy some yummy chocolate to help out my school?" I gave really big puppy dog eyes and nobody could resist! I sold the most boxes in my whole class - 82 boxes! The prize was a robot dog but I didn't really want it so I traded it for 20 cash. For my 7th birthday party, I had a bake sale outside the grocery store. I baked the cupcakes and cookies myself with just a little help from mom. I drew signs with crayons to advertise the sale and stood outside yelling "Cupcakes! Cookies! Get your snacks here!" People felt bad for me being so little and bought tons of stuff. I made 116 in just 3 hours! This past year, I opened an etsy store to sell handmade jewelry. I made necklaces and bracelets out of beads and string. I posted them online with descriptions like "Cute rainbow necklace - perfect for birthdays!" and "Bling bling arm candy - sparkly bracelet for all you divas!" I sold over 200 pieces and made almost 500!So as you can see, I have a ton of sales experience for my age. I'm really good at getting people interested with my yelling and signs. I'm cute so people feel bad for me and want to buy whatever I'm selling. And I always have good prices - I only charge like 1 or 2 for most stuff.Being a sales reperesentative seems just perfect for me! I could go door-to-door selling your products. Or stand outside your store with signs and yell about the great deals. I could give my best puppy dog eyes to get people to buy stuff. Maybe I could even have my own little etsy store for your products and use the descriptions I wrote before. Whatever you need, I'm an awesome little saleskid!I bring a lot of good qualities as a salser too. I'm really loud so everyone will hear about your products. I'm cute and make people feel guilty if they don't buy. And I have tons of shearenergy - I'll keep going and going until everything is sold out! I don't need any training either since I've been selling for years.Overall, I think I'm the best cantidate for this job. I have more experince than any other 8 year old you'll meet. So let's sell sell sell! Pick me pick me!!Thanks for your time,Tommy篇4Dear Sir or Madam,Hi there! My name is Jamie and I am 8 years old. I really really want to be a salesperson for your company. I think I would be super good at it!First of all, I am really good at talking. My mom says I never stop talking! I can talk to anyone about anything. Like did you know that sharks have been around for over 400 million years? Or that a group of panda bears is called an embarrassment? See, I can just keep going and going with fun facts. I bet I could talk to anyone about your products and get them to buy them. No one could resist my amazing talking powers!I'm also really good at smiling and being friendly. My teacher always says I have the most beautiful smile in the whole class. I smile at everyone I meet and they always smile back. I bet if I smiled at someone while telling them about your awesome products, they would definitely want to buy them. Who could say no to this sweet smiling face?Another thing that would make me an incredible salesperson is that I'm not afraid of anything. I'm not scared of dogs or the dark or anything! I could go up to anyone, anywhere and tell them all about your merchandise. I wouldn't be shy at all. I'd just march right up and start talking and smiling until they bought it!Oh, and I'm also a really really hard worker. I never complain about doing chores or homework. I just put my head down and do it. As a salesperson, I would work my little tail off going door-to-door or standing outside stores getting people to look at your products. I wouldn't get tired or want to take breaks. I'd just work work work all day and night!Plus, I'm totally trustworthy. I have never ever told a lie in my whole life. Not once! So people would absolutely believe everything I said about how great your stuff is. I would never try to trick them or anything. Just honest awesome sales skills!I also really need this sales job because I am saving up to buy my mom a new house. You see, we live in a tiny apartment right now and I know she dreams of having a big house with a yard for me to play in. But houses are super expensive! So I need to earn a lot of money, and I just know I could make tons of money as one of your salespeople. I'm determined to get my mom that house, no matter how hard I have to work!In conclusion, you should definitely hire me to be a salesperson. With my nonstop talking, bright smiling face, total bravery, incredible work ethic, complete honesty, and heartwarming motivation, I would be the best saleskid you ever had! I'll even throw in some free hugs if you give me the job. Pretty please??Thanks for considering me! I look forward to hearing from you soon.Hugs and kisses,Jamie篇5Dear Sir or Madam,My name is Timmy and I'm 8 years old. I just finished the 3rd grade and I'm really good at math and spelling. I would like to apply for the university student sales job you have posted. I may be young but I am a very hard worker!Over the summer I had a lemonade stand and made over 100! I had to wake up really early to squeeze all the lemons and make the lemonade before it got hot outside. Then I would set up my little stand and bring out my lawn chair to sit behind the stand. I made signs pointing to my stand that said "Lemonade 25 cents!" and I would wave to people walking by to get their attention. Whenever someone bought a cup, I would say "Thank you, have a great day!" I was really good at being polite and friendly. Some days it would be super hot and nobody wanted lemonade. I didn't give up though, I would just drink it myself! One time my little brother spilled a whole pitcher on the ground.I cried a little but then cleaned it up and made more. Another time I got a really bad stomach ache from drinking too much lemonade but I still manned the stand anyway. I'm really dedicated like that! When I did get customers, I would always ask if they wanted a small or large size. If they just said "small" then I would say"Okay, one small lemonade coming right up! That'll be 25 cents please." Then once they paid I would give them their change and lemonade with a straw and napkin. For large orders I would charge 50 cents. A few times people tried to walk away without paying so I had to yell "Hey mister, you still need to pay!" I'm not afraid to ask people to pay what they owe.My lemonade stand taught me all about sales, like having good customer service skills, making signs to advertise, keeping inventory of supplies, collecting money, and giving change. I think I would be perfect for this university student sales job! I may be young but I have a ton of experience already. In addition to my lemonade stand, I also sell cookies and candy from my parent's store a few times per week. I have gotten pretty good at convincing people to buy extra boxes of cookies or bags of gummies. Like if someone just wants one box of Thin Mints, I'll say "You know, if youbuy two boxes I can give you a discount!" Then they usually get two. Or if they get gummies I'll ask "Would you like to add a chewycandy bar for just 50 cents more?" Overal salesgoes up a lot when I work the register.I'm also really good at math, so I can quickly do calculations in my head when making change or charging tax. I havealready learned how to count back change from a larger bill instead ofjust giving people a big handful of coins and stuff. Like if something costs 2.75 and they give me 3, I know to just give them two quarters back instead of 75 cents worth of random coins. Little things like that make the line go quicker.Another reason I would be good at sales is because I'm a real people person. I always make sure to greet customers with a big smile and make eye contact. I'm not shy at all about talking to strangers. I ask them questions like "How is your day going so far?" or "That's a cool shirt, where did you get it?" to be friendly and make conversation. I'm good at reading people too. Like if someone seems grumpy, I tone it down and don't bother them too much with chitchat. But if they seem happy and talkative, I can engage them more. It's all about making customers feel comfortable so they want to buy stuff from you.I also already dress professionally for my jobs. I always tuck in my shirt and wear a belt with nice pants or shorts. No t-shirts or anything slobbish. I brush my hair too and my mom packs me mints so my breath doesn't smell like the treat I've been selling. I understand representing a brand with your appearance is important. In conclusion, I may only be 8 years old but I have a ton of experience in sales from my lemonade stand and retail jobs. I ama dedicated worker who shows up on time, provides excellent customer service, and knows how to make sales using smart tactics. I am a math whiz who can handle money accurately. And I am a friendly, well-groomed professional who goes the extra mile. I hope you will strongly consider me for this university student sales role. I promise to be your hardest worker!Thank you for your time,Timmy篇6Dear Sir or Madam,I am writing to you today to apply for the college student sales position that I saw advertised. I may be just a kid, but I think I would be really really good at this job!First off, I love talking to people and making new friends. Every day after school, I go around my neighborhood knocking on doors to see if anyone wants to buy the awesome Girl Scout cookies that I sell. I've gotten so good at it that I was the top seller in my whole troop last year! I have a big smile and a positive attitude that people seem to like.I'm also pretty good at math, at least for a 3rd grader. I can add and subtract really quickly in my head to figure out how much money people owe me. And I always make sure to double check to get the change right when I'm counting out coins and dollars. My parents joke that I'm a little calculator!Another thing that makes me perfect for this job is that I absolutely never give up. When someone tells me "no thanks" at their front door, I just smile bigger and ask again in my most sugary sweet voice if they're really really sure they don't want my delicious Thin Mints or Samoas. I'll keep trying until they finally say yes or run out of patience with me. I'm relentless!I may be small, but I have a huge amount of energy. I can run around from house to house for hours and hours without getting tired. And I have a very loud voice for shouting my sales pitches from the sidewalk so everyone can hear me. My stamina and volume are off the charts!Speaking of sales pitches, I've had a lot of practice coming up with creative ways to get people interested in what I'm selling. Like I'll say stuff like "These cookies are so delicious, they'll make your taste buds dance!" or "If you buy these today, I'll throw in my mundo gumbo underpants for free!" Okay, maybe that last one was a bit too creative. But you get the idea!I'm also great at dealing with rude people. Like this one time, a grumpy old man yelled at me to get off his lawn and said he wasn't buying any of my "#%*@# cookies." Do you know what I did? I smiled and said "Gosh darn it sir, you're really missing out!" He looked shocked for a second, then started laughing so hard. Next thing I knew, he bought six boxes from me!So in conclusion, I may be just 8 years old, but I'm confident I have the people skills, math ability, persistence, energy, creativity, and unflappability to be an outstanding college student sales rep. I'll work harder than anyone to be the best sales kiddo you've ever seen! Please hire me so I can one day make enough money to move out of my parents' stupid house and get my own place with a lava lamp and a big TV for watching cartoons all day. I promise you won't be disappointed!Your friend,Timmy。

公司经理给新员工的一封信英语作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1Dear New Employees,Hi there! My name is Michael and I'm the manager here at Awesome Company. I'm super excited to welcome you all to our team! Working here is going to be so much fun.Since you're just starting, I thought I'd write you a letter to tell you all about our company and what we do. That way, you'll know what to expect on your first day and won't be too nervous.I remember my first day - I was really scared! But everyone here is really nice and they helped me out a lot.Our company makes the most amazing toys and games for kids. Isn't that the coolest job ever? We have a huge factory where we build everything. There are tons of big machines that do all the work. My favorite is the one that makes stuffed animals. It's this massive robot arm that grabs the fabric and stuffing and sews it all together. Then at the end, it adds the cute little faces. I love watching it!We also have a section where they make video games. There are rows and rows of computers where the developers work on coding the games. It looks really complicated with all those numbers and letters on the screens. But they make such awesome games! My favorite is the superhero one where you can fly around and shoot lasers. So cool!In another part of the factory, they make board games. That's the busiest area because there are so many small pieces that have to be made - game boards, cards, dice, tokens, and more. The machines cut, stamp, and print everything. Then there's a big assembly line where people put all the components into the game boxes. It's wild how quickly they can crank those out! We've got an awesome testing area too. That's where we have kids come in and play with the new toys and games to make sure they're fun. Can you believe people get paid just to play all day? Lucky! The testing rooms are full of toys and vid games and tables for board games. I used to be a toy tester when I was a kid and it was a blast. Now I have to be a grown-up manager instead. No fair!Speaking of being the manager, that means I'm in charge of making sure this whole place runs smoothly. I have to go to a lotof meetings (boring!) and do paperwork (double boring!). But I also get to come up with ideas for new toys and decide what we're going to make next. That's definitely the fun part of my job.Right now we're working on developing a new line of learning games and puzzles. The goal is to make educational toys that are just as fun as regular toys. My team hassome really creative people dreaming up neat concepts. We've got math games where you pilot a rocket ship and have to solve equations to blast off. There are spelling games with a virtual robot that dances around when you get words right. And we're even making a history game where you travel through time! How awesome is that?Once we've nailed down the concepts, everything gets passed off to the product designers. Their job is to make sure the toys and games actually work well and are safe for kids to use. They have to do lots of testing and tweaking until it's all perfect. After that, the factory team takes over to start producing everything. It's a long process, but it's so exciting when you finally get to see the new toys come to life! When all the new products are finally ready, that's when the marketing team kicks into high gear. Those are the folks who create the tv commercials and websites and packaging toadvertise and sell the new toys. They have to make everything look super appealing so kids will beg their parents for our toys. The commercials are honestly the most fun part - I'll sometimes sneak onto the sets when they're filming to watch!Oh, and I can't forget about the sales team. They're the ones who go out and negotiate deals with stores to get our toys on the shelves. Traveling around and meeting with buyers at big chains like Walmart and Target sounds like it could be fun. Just hopefully they don't get stuck having to work on Black Friday - that's got to be a nightmare!Whew, I think that's everything! As you can probably tell, there's a lot that goes into making all these awesome toys and games. It takes a whole lot of different teams working together to pull it all off. That's why I'm so excited to have you all joining us. We need a lot of new hands on deck!I'll let you in on a little secret...one of the best perks of working here is that you get first dibs on testing out the new toys before anyone else! How cool is that? We actually have a strict policy that every new employee has to spend at least an hour a day just playing games and goofing around with toys. Can you believe it? We want to make sure you don't lose touch with your inner child. This is a kid's world we work in, after all!Alright newbies, I'll wrap this up. I don't want to overload you with too much info before you've even started. Just show up bright and early on Monday ready to play, explore your creativity, and most importantly...have fun! I'm so glad you're all coming aboard the Awesome Company crew.Get ready for the awesomest job ever!Your pal,Michael篇2Dear New Employees,Welcome to our company! I'm so excited to have you all on board. My name is John, and I'm the manager here. I can't wait to work with each and every one of you!First things first, let me tell you a little bit about our company. We are a big company that makes toys for kids all over the world! Isn't that cool? We have factories where we build the toys, and then we send them to stores so that children can buy them and play with them. Our toys are super fun and colorful, and they help kids learn and use their imaginations. Now, let me tell you a little bit about your jobs. Some of you will be working in the factories, putting the toys together and making sure they work properly. Others will be working in the offices, helping to design new toys, or doing important paperwork. No matter what job you have, it's really important that you work hard and do your best.Working in a company can be a lot of fun, but it's also a lot of responsibility. You have to show up on time every day, follow the rules, and be nice to your coworkers. If you ever have any questions or problems, you can always come talk to me or one of the other managers. One of the best things about working here is that we get to play with toys all the time! Sometimes, we even get to test out new toys before they go to the stores. How cool is that? It's like being a kid again!I know that some of you might be a little nervous about starting a new job, but don't worry. We're all here to help each other and make sure that everyone succeeds. If you ever feel scared or unsure, just remember that you're part of a big team, and we're all working together towards the same goal: making the best toys in the world!I can't wait to see all the amazing things you're going to do here. Remember to work hard, have fun, and always be kind to others. Together, we're going to make some pretty awesome toys!Welcome aboard, and happy toy-making!Sincerely,John篇3Dear New Employees,Hi there! My name is Timmy and I'm the manager here at Awesome Company Inc. I'm super excited to welcome you to our team! Working here is going to be so much fun.First, let me tell you a little bit about our company. We make the most amazing toys and games that kids (and grown-ups too!) love to play with. All of our products are designed by me and my friends during our daily playground meetings. We get some of our best ideas while swinging on the swings or going down the slide!Every morning, I get to the office (which looks just like a big playhouse) really early. I put on my fanciest suit and coolsunglasses to look extra professional. Then I go around and wake up all my employees by jumping on their desks and making funny faces at them. Once everyone is up, we all head to the Big Idea Room and drink chocolate milk while brainstorming epic new toy concepts. No idea is too silly or crazy here! After our morning meeting, everyone goes to work building prototypes of our ideas out of things like popsicle sticks, playdough, and empty toilet paper rolls. We make huge messes but that's ok because messes can be cleaned up. Good toy ideas, on the other hand, last forever!Around noon, we break for lunch. Everyone brings their favorite snacks to share like chicken nuggets, gummy worms, and Go-Gurt yogurt. Sometimes if we're extra good, the company's pet hamster Furball is allowed to join us and run around on the table looking for droppings. It's so funny to watch him stuff his cheeks! After lunch, we go outside to the Awesome Company playground to test our new toys. We run around chasing each other, seeing who can swing the highest, and judging awesome contests like Most Imaginative Game of Pretend. We make sure to pick our favorite toys to develop and manufacture from this very scientific playtime data analysis.Once we've decided on the winning toys, everyone heads back inside to the factory part of the office. This is where all the work happens to get the toys ready for kids and grown-ups to buy in stores. The Design Geniuses sketch up official blueprints with crayons while the Building Bosses construct 3D models out of Lego bricks. If we get stuck, we just take a break to dance to our favorite pop songs until inspiration strikes again. Finally in the evening before we go home, we meet up in the Packing Palace. This is where the real magic happens! We decorate boxes with stickers and markers to package up our new toys, dreaming about the looks on kids' faces when they open them up. Sometimes we get so excited that we just have to rip open one of the boxes and test the new toy ourselves. Rules sledmures, am I right??As you can probably tell, every single day here is an absolute BLAST! We work super hard but also make sure to spend lots of time goofing around and just being kids. That's really the secret to making amazing toys that kids love. You have to use your imagination and never ever grow up!I really hope you'll love it here as much as I do. Just make sure you come to work every day ready to play, create, imagine, and most importantly, have FUN! I'll be the short one wearing acowboy hat and Superman cape. Can't wait to get started on our next great toy together!Your Buddy and Boss,Timmy篇4Dear New Employees,Hello! My name is Timmy and I'm the manager here at Fun Factory Inc. I'm 8 years old and in 3rd grade. I'm really excited to welcome you all to our company! Our company makes the funnest toys and games for kids like me. We have a huge playground here at the office with swingsets, seesaws, and even a giant slide that goes from the third floor all the way down to the first floor lobby! Sometimes I have meetings on the swings instead of in a boring old conference room.Every Friday is Casual Day and we're allowed to wear our pajamas or Halloween costumes to work. My favorite is when I get to be a dinosaur - I make the most realistic roaring sounds! One time I accidentally scared our VP of Marketing so much that she screamed and dropped all her papers. It was hilarious! For lunch, we have a pizza truck that comes every day. You can get any toppings you want - even gummy worms or chocolate chips if you're feeling crazy! I always get a triple cheese pizza with extra extra extra sauce. Sometimes it gets so messy that I have to go home and take a bath right after lunch. My mom isn't a huge fan of Pizza Truck Friday. The best part of working here is that we have recess twice a day! The first one is at 10am after I've had my morning snack of Fruit Gushers. We all go outside to the playground and run around, play games, and just get our sillies out. Dodgeball is my absolute favorite recess game. I'm a dodgeball prodigy - I once hit our CFO right in the head and gave her a huge goose egg! She wasn't too happy about that one. After lunch at 12:30, we have senior recess. That's exclusively for us older kids who are 8 and up. No babies allowed! We get to play cool games like kickball and capture the flag. Sometimes I even let my little 6-year-old sister play with us, but she always gets mad when we accidentally leave her behind in the janitor's closet.Speaking of the janitor's closet, that's where we store all the best toys and games that we've made. It's basically a magical wonderland in there with teddy bears as big as grizzly bears, laser tag arenas,แแแแแแแแแแแแแแแแแแแแแ. Whenever I need a break from my very hard manager responsibilities, I'll sneak in there and play for a couple hours. Don't tell my mom though, she'll kill me if she finds out!If we ever have really boring meetings that are dragging on forever, I've been known to start up huge crazy games in the conference room. My favorite is a combine sharks and minnows with musical chairs. Basically everyone runs around the room while music plays, and then when it stops you have to race for a chair. But anyone who doesn't get a seat immediately gets sent to the dreaded Shark Pit in the middle of the table! It's absolutely wild and literally no work gets done, but it's so worth it.The absolute best part about my job is that I get to boss everyone around and play all day! I mean, sure, there's some math and writing I have to do for actual work. But that's not nearly as fun as riding myHoverboard down the hallways or battling with Nerf blasters. Come work here and you can be a kid again too! Before I sign off, I do have to give you some manager wisdom about being a good employee: always try your best, be nice to others, share your toys, don't pick your nose, and NEVER EVER rherorr the last cookie before asking if anyone else wants it.That's pretty much all the advice I have for now. Any other questions, just let me know!Get ready for the funnest job ever! I'll see you at playtime!Your Friend and Boss,Timmy篇5Dear New Employees,Hi there! My name is Michael and I'm the manager here at Awesome Company. I'm super excited to welcome you all to our team! Working here is going to be so much fun. Let me tell you a little bit about our company.Awesome Company makes really cool toys and games for kids like you and me. We have a huge factory where we build all kinds of awesome stuff. We make dolls, action figures, board games, video games, and so much more! Whenever you play with a really neat new toy, it might have been made right here at Awesome Company. How awesome is that?At our company, we have people who do all sorts of different jobs to get the toys made and ready for kids to play with. We have designers who come up with ideas for new toys and games. Then we have engineers who figure out how to actually build the toys so they work properly. After that, we have factory workers who put all the pieces together on the assembly lines. Isn't that fascinating?Once the toys are all built, we have packaging people who carefully put each toy into its box with instructions. Then we have warehouse workers who store all the packaged toys until they get shipped out to stores. We even have truckers who drive big semi-trucks full of toys to the toy stores! There are so many people involved to get toys from just an idea to something you can actually buy and play with. It's a huge team effort. As a new employee here, you'll get to be a part of that whole awesome process of making kids' dreams come true with amazing new toys. No matter what job you'll be doing, you're going to be helping put smiles on kids' faces everywhere. Just imagine how awesome that will feel! Now let me tell you about some of the really cool perks and benefits we offer here at Awesome Company. First of all, you'll get your very own desk with plenty of room to spread out. And you can decorate it however you want with posters, action figures, photos, or anything else! You'll also get a brand new computer to work on. It's got a huge screen and it's super fast. For lunch, we have a huge cafeteria with endless snacks and treats. You can get chocolate milk, ice cream, pizza, chicken nuggets, you name it! The cafeteria ladies are really nice too. They always give you extra fries if you ask. After eating all that good food, you can go work it off in our awesome game room. We've got video games, air hockey, foosball, and even a bounce house! Sometimes if everyone worked extra hard that week, we have huge game room parties with a DJ and everything.Another perk is that you'll get to go to Toy Testing Days a few times a year. That's when we bring in kids from schools and community centers to play with our new toy prototypes. You'll get to see them playing and help take notes on what they like and don't like. It's so much fun hanging out with kids and playing with toys all day!During most of the year though, you'll be working hard alongside all your new coworker friends. They're an amazing bunch - super smart and lots of fun too. You'll definitely make some great new best friends here. We always try to pair up new employees with mentors who have been here for a while. Your mentor will be like a buddy who shows you the ropes and answers any questions you have. One of the best parts of working at Awesome Company is our summer camp! Every July, the whole company goes to Camp Awesomeness for a whole week. It's a real summer camp with cabins, a lake for swimming and boating, horseback riding trails, and everything! We do all kinds of classic camp activities like archery, arts & crafts, talent shows, and campfires with s'mores. The camp counselors are really fun and silly too. It's a total blast!Well, I could go on and on, but I don't want to spoil all the surprises. Just you wait until you see everything Awesome Company has in store for you! I'm so excited to have you joining the team. We're going to have an awesome time working together to make kids happy all over the world. That's what it's all about here - fun, creativity, and putting smiles on faces!Get ready for your first day next week. We'll get you started on some really cool projects right away. I just know you're going to love it here as much as I do. See you soon!Your friend,MichaelManager of Awesome Stuff at Awesome Company篇6Dear New Employees,Hi! Welcome to our company! My name is Emily and I'm the manager here. I'm so excited to have you all join our team. I wanted to write you a letter to tell you about our company and what we do.Our company makes really cool toys for kids like me! We have action figures, dolls, board games, video games, and all sorts of fun stuff. Maybe you've played with some of our toys before? We try to make them as awesome and imaginative as possible.Every day, we have people who come up with new ideas for toys. They are called the "designers" and it's their job to think of toys that kids will love. They draw pictures and make models out of clay or plastic. Sometimes they make the models on computers too using special design software.Once they have a good idea for a new toy, they bring it to the engineering team. The engineers are like really smart builders. They take the designer's idea and figure out how to actually make it into a real toy that can be manufactured. They make technical drawings with all the measurements and details. Then we have factories where the toys get built. Big machines stamp out the plastic pieces and assemble everything together. We also have graphic designers who make the packaging look pretty and exciting. The marketing team comes up with ideas for how to advertise the toys on TV, websites, etc. Before a new toy can go to stores, we have to test it out. We get kids like you and me to play with the toys first and tell us what they think. If the toy is safe and fun, we'll make a whole bunch of them to send to all the toy stores. Hopefully you'll see them on the shelves soon!Working here is really cool because you get to be creative and use your imagination. But you also have to be patient and pay close attention to details. Like if you're an engineer, you have to make sure you measure everything precisely so the toy gets made correctly. There's a lot of different jobs someone can do here - designer, engineer, factory worker, graphic artist, marketer, and more. Maybe you'll get to try out some different roles when you're here. Who knows, you might even get to play with toys as part of your job sometimes!I got started at this company when I was just in middle school. I did a summer internship helping out in the designstudio. I loved it so much that I kept working here during school breaks. Eventually, I went to college to study business and now I get to be the manager! My favorite part is when we take a brand new toy idea from the designers and I get to help make it a reality. It's so exciting going through all the steps - engineering the designs, testing prototypes, manufacturing the first batch, and finally seeing kids playing with something you helped create. There's no better feeling!I truly believe we make the coolest toys around. And we only hire the nicest, most creative, and hard-working people to make them. That's why I'm so happy you're all here now.I know starting a new job can feel a little scary. But I was once the new kid too, and everyone here is going to make you feel welcome. Don't be afraid to ask questions if you're confused about anything. We're one big team working together.Anyway, I'm rambling now. Let me just say again - welcome aboard! I'm looking forward to working with each of you. I hope you'll love it here as much as I do. Now, who's ready to go make some awesome toys?!Your friend,Emily。

(原创)People around the world areremembering Nelson Mandela, South Africa’sfirst black president. He died Thursday at the age of 95.South African President Jacob Zuma said,“The nation has lost its greatest son, and our people have lost a father. ”Mandela had been in poor health for several years. He was repeatedly treated in hospital, most recently for a lung infection. He became infected with tuberculosis(肺结核)many years ago while in prison. Nelson Mandela was the main leader in efforts to end white minority rule in South Africa. He spent 27 years in prison for his part in fighting apartheid(种族隔离)—the nation’s policy of discrimination(歧视)against blacks. Many world leaders, past and present, are remembering Nelson Mandela. Frederick W. de Klerk was South Africa’s last apartheid leader. He freed Mandela from prison in 1990. Later, the two men won the Nobel Peace Prize. Mr. de Klerk said people will remember Mandela for the importance he placed on reconciliation(和解)—being able to reach a settlement between conflicting sides. He said their relationship was, in his words, “often stormy”, but he said they were“always able to come together at critical(关键的)moments. ”In the United States, President Barack Obama called Mandela an influential, brave and profoundly good human being. Mr. Obama said Mandela will be remembered for leaving a free South Africa at peace. “I am one of the countless millions who drew inspiration from Nelson Mandela’s life. My very fi rst political action—the first thing I ever did that involved an issue, or a policy, or politics—was a protest against apartheid. I would study his words and his writings. ”In London, British Prime Minister David Cameron called Mandela a true global hero. In his words, a great light has gone out in the world. 【文章大意】本文主要介绍了南非前总统曼德拉的去世及世界各国主要对曼德拉的缅怀。
