MT6010碳势控制仪使用说明书一、仪表概述MT6010碳控仪,是美铭科技在多年工业热处理自动控制经验的基础上开发的一款智能数显可编程碳势控制仪表。

本仪表以国际高端的单片机为核心,采用多种软硬件抗干扰措施和PID调节技术,具有安装方便、操控简洁、性能稳定、抗干扰能力强、适应范围广等特点。

本仪表与氧探头配套使用,通过编程对炉内碳势进行PID调节控制;同时配备与同级温度仪表和上位机系统进行通讯的接口,便于组建大型控制系统;适用于各种井式炉、多用炉和连续炉内的各种可控气氛的碳势控制。

二、主要技术特性2.1 使用环境:温度0~40℃;相对湿度<80% ;气压680~800mmHg2.2 供电条件:85~265 V AC ;50 HZ±5%2.3 外型尺寸:96×96×100(高×宽×深mm)2.4 安装方式:盘装,开孔尺寸92×92(高×宽mm)2.5 适用气氛:滴注式气氛;氮基式气氛;吸热式气氛;直生式气氛2.7 工作方式:手动控制和程序自动运行控制方式。

2.6 碳势自动控制精度:±0.05% Cp2.8 输入:温度信号:K偶0~1300℃氧势信号:0~1500mv2.9I/O输出:五路输出,容量250V AC/1A2.10 模拟输出:两路输出0~5V,0~10mv,4~20mA,0~10mA,任意可选。

3. 本仪器用于单相测试(230V AC 50Hz 相-地、相-中性线)、回路、RCD 测试。

使用导通测试和电阻测试模式时,必须确保回路未通电-在测量前检测。

4. 测量时请勿触摸连接于设备的暴露金属部分。

由于测量过程中将产生电流可能造成人身事故。

5. 除更换保险丝和电池(此情况下必须先拔去所有连接导线)外请不要拆开仪器-因为有危险电压的存在。

必须由经过培训、有能力的机电工程师操作才可拆开仪表。

如果发现任何问题,请将仪器返还经销商处检修。

6. 若显示屏上出现 “” 过热标志,切断仪器与电源的连接,使之冷却。

7. 回路电阻测试中,回路里包括剩余电流装置(RCD’S)。

不使用D-lok 功能时必须去除所有RCD’S,临时更换相应的MCB 装置。

FR6010可通过I 2C 总线接口配置成多种模式,可广泛应用于灯光控制、玩具、家用电器等产品中。

FR6010系列共有2个版本,其中FR6010面向低功耗;FR6010A 面向高灵敏度。

2.特性•工作电压:2.0V~5.5V•典型工作电流60uA ,低功耗模式工作电流小于10uA(均指3.0V 供电且不带负载的条件下)•采用I 2C 通信协议,可通过设置内部寄存器配置成多种模式•带有中断输出脚,可用于唤醒主控MCU •内置去抖动算法可有效防止由噪声导致的误动作•可用于玻璃、陶瓷、塑料等介质表面•芯片I 2C 地址:78H3.封装示意图图1封装示意图(SSOP16L(SSOP16L(0.635-D1.40)0.635-D1.40)0.635-D1.40)))4.功能描述通过设置内部寄存器,FR6010既能配置为多种输出模式,也可灵活调节灵敏度和稳定度。

上电完成后若不需要对片内寄存器进行写操作,则设置为默认模式。

4.1I2C 总线FR6010采用标准I 2C 总线接口与主控MCU 通讯,可通过该协议设置寄存器进行模式配置,也可读出按键状态值或寄存器值。

注1:FR6010在工作中可动态多次配置。

4.2配置寄存器可通过I 2C 总线的写指令写入寄存值。

每次执行写寄存器指令后,芯片将更新配置寄存器值并自动重校准。

4.2.1灵敏度配置寄存器(SCT[1:0]&SFT[5:0SFT[5:0]])SCT[1:0]可粗略地配置触摸传感器计数时长,计数时长越大,灵敏度越高。

当SCT[1:0]从00B 向11B 调节,灵敏度逐渐提高。

SFT[5:0]可较精细地配置触摸传感器计数时长。

当SFT[5:0]从000000B 向111111B 调节,灵敏度逐渐提高。

4.2.2振荡器频率配置寄存器(OTC)OTC 配置触摸传感器的振荡器时钟输入有效频率。

当OTC 由0调节至1,灵敏度提高。

4.2.3触摸最大开启时间寄存器(MOT[1:0])最大开启时间指检测到触摸,且该触摸一直未释放(并无其余触摸通道被按下或释放)至IC 自动重校准的时间。

若触摸通道发生变化,则重新开始计数。

4.2.5按键输出形式KEY Type 配置寄存器(KEYT)当KEY Type=1时为multi-key 模式,即当同时有数个按键按住时,会同时承认几个按住的键;当KEY Type=0时为single-key 模式,即当有数个按键均按住时,只会承认最先被按下的键。

4.2.6低功耗模式配置寄存器(LPM)当LPM=1时,低功耗模式disable ,IC 会全速持续进行触摸检测;当LPM=0时,低功耗模式enable ,IC 在一段时间没有检测到触摸则进入低功耗模式,但在此模式下仍会侦测触摸;当侦测到触摸,IC 进入全速模式。

当所有触摸释放,IC 将继续保持全速模式检测一段时间,在这段时间内没有触摸则再次进入低功耗模式。

4.2.7重新自校准时间配置寄存器(RCT ,Re-Calibration Time)当低功耗模式disable ,重新自校准时间指IC 未检测到触摸,重新自校正之间隔时间。

当低功耗模式enable ,重新自校准时间指IC 检测到触摸并退出低功耗模式之后,当触摸释放,IC 先重新自校正,然后再进入低功耗模式之间隔时间。

表8RCT 寄存器4.2.8上电默认配置上述配置寄存器,在IC上电完成后,除RCT[1:0]=01(4S)以外,其余寄存器均默认为1。

4.3键值寄存器当KEYn=0时,表示该触摸没有被检测到。

当KEYn=1时,表示该触摸被检测到,且INT输出中断标志脉冲;松开后KEYn立即由1更新为0(KEYn 键值为去抖动后更新键值),该键值可通过I2C读出。

5.绝对最大值6.电气参数7.应用电路图2FR6010应用示意图说明:1.CJ指调节灵敏度的电容,电容值大小0pF~50pF(电容值的增大将导致灵敏度降低),可根据具体应用进行选择。

2.Rs指在触摸电极和触摸输入脚之间串联的电阻,用于提高触摸的抗干扰能力,可根据具体应用进行选择。

3.VDD与GND间需并联滤波电容以消除噪声。

4.供电电源需稳定,如在应用中存在100mv以上的电源突变(注意:不是电池缓慢放电),需要使用电源稳压电路,否则会引起灵敏度漂移或触摸芯片检测错误,发生误动作或死机。

如突然加载大电流负载、锂电池和外置充电器交叉使用,高频次的开启/关闭LED显示时都需注意电源的稳定性。

8.穿透力应用说明说明:1.此表仅供参考,具体焊盘大小应根据实际模具外壳厚度来调整。

2.触摸焊盘面积越大,可穿透介质材料越厚。

3.PCB铺地比例越小,PCB点触焊盘与地之间的寄生电容越小,人体触摸后新生的手指电容相对PCB寄生电容变化越大,触摸灵敏度越高,可穿透介质越厚。

4.PCB铺地比例越小,越易受到外界干扰。

5.建议实际应用时兼顾灵敏度和抗干扰设计PCB的铺地形式。

如对穿透介质厚度要求不高,建议增加铺地比例以提高抗干扰性能。

9.I2C通讯及源代码9.1I2C总线的寻址I2C总线协议明确规定:采用7位的寻址字节+1位读/写控制位。

D7~D1位组成从机的地址,D0位是数据“1”时表示主机由从机读数据。

如下图:FR6010I2C地址是0x78H,当主机向从机写数据时,寻址地址为0xF0;当主机向从机读数据时,寻址地址为0xF1。
