中考英语非谓语动词用法系列讲座
非谓语动词主要指在句中不能充当句子谓语，而是充当句子其它成分的动词。

非谓语动词有三种形式：动词不定式、动名词和分词（包括现在分词和过去分词）。

现在分词和动名词又统称为动词v--ing形式。

非谓语动词没有人称和数的变化，但有语态和时态的变化。

本讲座主要对非谓语动词的基本用法分别进行系列讲解。

第一讲：动词不定式用法精讲及练习
考点一：动词不定式的基本用法
动词不定式由“to+动词原形”构成，在某些情况下，to可以省略。

动词不定式在句中主要起名词、形容词、副词的作用，因此，动词不定式可以作句子主语、宾语、表语、宾语补足语、定语、状语、同位语和独立结构。

但在初中阶段，主要掌握动词不定式作句子的主语、宾语、表语、宾语补足语、定语、状语为主。

为了简明扼要地掌握动词不定式的用法，我们以表格的形式呈现给大家。

【典型考例】（2019湖北襄阳）我们的老师总是告诉我们，在学习中不要逃避任何困难。

【析】正确答案：not to escape any difficulties。

“告诉某人不要做某事”在英语中为tell sb. not to do sth.,not to do sth为动词不定式的否定形式，作动词tell的宾语补足语。

“逃避任何困难”为escape any difficulties。

【典型考例】（2019哈尔滨）Kids like reading stories which can make them _____.

【析】正确答案：A。

句意是：孩子们喜欢那些能让他们哈哈大笑的故事。

动词make为使役动词，其后接不定式短语作宾语补足语时，省略to。

即make sb do sth“使某人作某事”，故正确答案为A。

表（二）：动词不定式的基本用法：

句意是：格林太太拒绝甜食。

她不想变胖。

动词refuse后接带to动词不定式短语作宾语。

所以选C。

【析】正确答案：A。

句意是：我父母不允许我在上学期间的晚上看电视。

动词allow后接带to动词不定式短语作宾语补足语，即al low sb. to do sth.“允许某人干某事”，所以，正确答案为to watch。

句意是：大夫，我该做什么呢？为了保持健康，你应该多锻炼。

动词不定式短语表目的。

【典型考例4】（2019湖北鄂州）Chinese parents try their best （提供）a good environment for their children.
【析】正确答案：to provide。

句意是：中国父母极尽全力为他们的孩子提供一个好的环境。

try one’s best意思是“尽最大努力”，其后接动词不定式作目的状语，即try one’s best to do sth.。

【典型考例5】（2019甘肃敦煌）Would you like something_________(drink)?
【析】正确答案：to drink。

句意是：你要些喝的东西吗？动词不定式to drink作不定代词something的后置定语
考点二：省略to 动词不定式的使用
当句子的谓语动词为使役动词、感官动词或某些特殊句型时，动词不定式须省略to。

具体情况见下表。

【典型考例1】（2019甘肃天水）. Businessmen prefer_____ e mails to communicate with each other rather than______phone calls.

【析】正确答案：B。

句意是：商人更喜欢写电子邮件来相互交流，也不愿意打电话。

“宁愿……而不做……”在英语中为prefer to do sth rather than do sth. 动词prefer 后接带to动词不定式，而rather than 后接省略to动词不定式短语，所以选答案B。

【典型考例2】（2019四川南充）---I tried to make Alice ___________ her mind but I found it difficult.
----Well, I saw you __________that when I went past.

【析】正确答案：D。

句意是：我尽力让爱丽斯作决定，但是我发觉很难。

嗯，当我经过的时候，我看见你正在让她下决心。

第一句动词make后接省略to的动词不定式作宾语补足语，第二句感官动词saw后接现在分词短语作宾语补足语。

所以，正确答案为D。

句意是：你最好从现在起就努力学习，否则，你考试会不及格的。

had better后接省略to的动词不定式。

前一句与后一句之间存在选择关系，故用选择连词or，所以，正确答案为D。

考点三：疑问词+带to动词不定式
动词不定式可以用在疑问词what, how, when, where, which等之后，作句子主语、宾语、宾语补足语等。

见下表。

【典型考例】（2019山东潍坊）Her manners were gracious(亲切的) .I was the person who didn’t know what (say) .
【析】正确答案：to say。

句意是：她的举止亲切。

我就是不知道该说什么的人。

因为前有特殊疑问词what，故此处改用“特殊疑问词+to do”结构作定语从句谓语动词know的宾语，所以，正确答案为to say。

第二讲：动名词用法-精讲及练习
所谓动名词，就是由“动词原形+ ing”构成，即V-ing形式，与现在分词形式一样，但用法却不同。

考点一：动名词的基本用法
动名词因为具有名词的性质，因此在句中可以作主语、表语、宾语和定语等。

下面我们用表格的形式来讲述动名词的用法。

【典型考例】（2019江苏盐城）Mr. Wu keeps _____ his students that the future belongs to the well--educated.

【析】正确答案：A。

句意是：吴老师一直不断地告诉他的学生说：未来是属于那些接受过良好教育的人。

动词keep后接动名词作宾语，意思keep doing sth（继续做某事）。

动词order 是“命令”，根据句意选用tell（告诉）才符合句子要求。

所以正确答案为A。

句意是：香港迪士尼乐园很值得参观。

短语be worth后接动名词，即be worth doing sth.“值得作某事”，所以正确答案为D。

考点二：动词接带to不定式与带v--ing的的用法区别
英语中有些动词，其后接带to动词不定式与接带V--ing形式，在意义上区别不是很大。

但有的动词，其后接带to的动词不定式与接带V--ing形式在意义上的差别就比较大。

为了便于大家掌握，现列表如下。

句意是：为了低碳生活，当我们离开屋子的时候，我们必须记住要关灯。

动词remember其后既可接带to动词不定制短语作宾语，也可接带V--ing形式短语作宾语，但二者的意义差别大。

remember to do sth意思是“记住要做某事”，这件事情还没有做；而remember doing sth意思是“记得做过某事”，即这件事情已经做了。

根据句意可知，关灯这动作还未做，所以正确答案为A。

第三讲：分词用法精讲及练习
分词的主要用法
英语分词分为现在分词和过去分词两种。

现在分词具有主动和正在进行的含义，而过去分词则具有被动和已经完成的含义。

无论是现在分词还是过去分词，都可在句中作表语、宾语补足语、定语和状语，见下表：
