一、功能:Talk about how often you do things。

二、词汇及常用表达法:

Learn to use “always, usually, often, sometimes, hardly ever,never”
2. Learn to express frequency times.

Ask for activity frequencies using “how often” questions.

State the frequencies of the things you do using the adverbs of frequency and frequency time。

Warming up and leading in热身导入
Look at some pictures about weekends, let students discuss what they usually do on weekends. Try to learn the conversation, and then let Ss ask and answer in pairs.
T: What do you do on weekends? S1: What do you do on Sundays?
Ss: I always watch TV。

S2: I usually go shopping 。

S1: What does she do on weekends? S1: What do they do on weekends?
S2: She often reads books. S2: They sometimes go swimming。

T: Do you go to the movies? S1: Do you often play basketball?
Ss: No, I never go to the movies。

(设计意图:利用图片引入,运用画面激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生感知一般现在时。

利用精美的图片,让学生两两一组进行会话,加深对频率副词的理解与运用。

另外,练习的设计充分考虑到不同层次的学生,例如在group—work 这一阶段,让能力差的学生用how often句型进行调查,让中等生收集调查结果,让优秀生负责写报告,这样使每一个层次的学生都能参与到课堂中来,使每一位学生都能体会的成功的喜悦.
3.分层布置作业,可以让学生根据自己的实际情况来进行选择,这样既能让大多数学生有一

不足之处:

本堂课容量很大.学生最后的报告完成不充分,不是每一个小组都能完成任务.
2.要留给学生充分的时间去操练,才能更好的在语境中对所学语言加以运用。
