Unit2 Time Section C Reading一、教材内容分析本课内容是省编职高教材第一册Unit2 Section C阅读部分,它是在section A和B基础语言能力学习的基础上进一步培养学生的语言综合能力。
本节阅读课围绕seasons这一主题展开,谈论四季变化和活动,科普季节更替的成因。
Part A 通过四幅图调动学生已有关于季节的背景知识,引出季节单词。
Part B 以一篇200字内的文本作为学习载体,内容难度适中,主要让学生在阅读过程中获得信息和语言知识。
Part C—D的题目设置主要检测学生对文章理解程度。
Part E是阅读后的口头输出。
二、教法教法的选择是课堂教学成败的关键。
本课重在培养学生阅读技能和获取信息的能力,以任务教学为指导,以“做中学”为基础,实施“先学后教”,在中职英语教学中力求重点突出英语是一门语言技能而非语言知识课,适当运用多媒体和信息化技术,采用多种语言任务完成教与学。
因此,本节课鼓励学生独立思考和合作学习,任务设计基于“绞手架”和小步子教学的理念,突破重点,分散难点,教学流程采用pre-reading, while-reading, post-reading 教学程序,注重培养学生的阅读技巧skimming和scanning。
三、学情分析虽然多数中职学生英语入学成绩差,英语阅读能力薄弱,英语学习的注意力和习惯欠佳,但是由于中职学生新入学,学习还处于新鲜阶段,对于英语科目的学习存在期待,教师适当的引导和难度适中的学习任务,往往能激发学生的学习兴趣。
因而,针对多数学生的基础较弱情况,课堂任务设置不宜过多过难,而应难度适中、有梯度、小步子循序渐进达成教学目标即可。
本课主题是seasons,学生初中已初步学习过有关季节的英语单词,虽然学生可能会遗忘这些单词,但是通过复习,学生应该能够快速回忆。
学生在自然科学课上曾学习过季节的知识,但是通过英语获取季节成因的信息,对于多数学生是一定难度的。
