第一步——打蛋清,不久是打蛋清嘛,对我来说简直小菜一碟。
我慢悠悠地用打蛋器搅着蛋清,蛋糕师走过来:“哎呦,要快速地打起来。
”她边说边给我做示范,只见她一手握着打蛋器,熟练着围着盆底打转,简直是巧夺天工啊!这是我才恍然大悟,开始飞速地打,可没过几分钟,我就开始喊“救命”了。
“你们看这位小记者,她已经掌握了技巧,你们要向她学习。
”蛋糕师指着那位小记者说。
“我要向她学习!”我心里默默为自己加油,“想吃到美味的蛋糕没那么容易,一定要坚持下去。

蛋糕师又发话了:“现在小记者们可以拿起打蛋器,看看蛋清会不会打蛋器上形成一个尾巴,如果能形成一个尾巴,那么你就成功了。
”“哈哈,我成功了!”好多小记者都欢呼起来。
我拎起打蛋器,呀,蛋清都滑了下去,但
是我没有放弃,继续为自己加油鼓劲:“没关系,再来,一定会成功的!”功夫不负有心人,几分钟过去了,我自信地再一次拎起打蛋器,啊,一个形象的尾巴挂在了打蛋器上,居然没有掉下去。
“我成功啦!”我兴奋地喊起来。
“继续继续,千万别停下来,最后几分钟,然后我们去烘烤。
”
蛋糕师不忘记提醒我们。
当我们把蛋清打成奶油似的浓稠,蛋糕师把蛋清一一放进了上火180°,下火150°的烤箱,接着我们还给蛋糕裱花,一直到16:30才完成了自己的作品……今天我很高兴,因为我走进了蛋糕坊,亲手体验了做蛋糕的乐趣。
这不但锻炼了我的动手能力,而且还让我懂得了不少生活小知识。
