新生儿护理课程现在开始,先说一些总的要注意的:1) 首先是衣服,老师说连体内衣要准备3套左右,分体的至少6套.2) 买尿不湿也要注意生产日期.不要买那种特别为露出肚脐设计的尿不湿,因为宝宝会动啊动,反而会摩擦到宝宝的脐带。

宝宝红屁股了以后就不要用尿不湿了.3) 出院的时候不要忘记配一瓶5%的消毒药水和2盒护臀膏.药水消毒脐带用,护臀膏是宝宝红屁股的时候用的.4) 尽量每天洗澡,这也是早教,洗澡的时候多和宝宝说话沟通.特别强调我们现在在喝牛奶和睡觉的时候可以和宝宝说说话,帮助宝宝建立印象。

5) 沐浴露买按压式的好用,爽身粉因人而异,不过尽量少用下面进入正题:1.做月子的时候房间也要有阳光,不要把窗帘老是拉上.这样做的另一个目的是让宝宝有白天,晚上的概念.午睡的时候可以拉上,创造一个好的睡眠环境.房间要通风,早晚各一次为好.2.宝宝刚出生会吐羊水,因为他们的胃是水平的,所以第一天尽量侧睡,当然有大人看护在左右的时候也可以适当仰睡.因为长时间仰睡可能导致宝宝羊水吐不出来,回流到胃没什么,就怕回到气管里.如果发现宝宝吐不出来,脸色也变了,就让宝宝侧着身子,头在床上,侧着把腿提高,手呈空心拍背.宝宝的睡位要经常改变,不要用枕头.一般第二天开始会吐奶.吃完奶后让宝宝趴在肩上,也是手空心的拍背3.新生儿红斑.因为宝宝从妈妈体内刚出来不适应外面的气温.比较容易在第一天发生.出生四小时内要给宝宝量体温,可以在颈部用普通温度计量.不要给宝宝穿太多,捂太多.一般红斑都是捂出来的。

如果产生红斑后还不减少衣服,会化脓哦!!家里的室温保持20度左右.盖毯子的时候不要半垫半盖,因为热量会散不出来.如果发现宝宝的体温恢复不到36度以上,可以把宝宝的脚贴在爸爸妈妈的肚子上,如果还是不理想,解开衣服,让宝宝的胸部贴在爸爸妈妈的胸部.4.新生儿黄疸.因为宝宝出生后脐带剪断后一部分妈妈的血液就留在宝宝体内,宝宝要把这部分破坏的红细胞排出体外,造成黄疸.一般从出生第三天开始,第五天是高峰,两周内褪干净.三天内宝宝的胎粪会排干净,大部分的胆红素会随之排出,所以要让宝宝多吃多拉.一般最早出现的是头部,然后向胸,腹发展.要重视新生儿黄疸,因为一般的生理性黄疸不要紧,但是一旦转化为病理性,会破坏脑细胞.宝宝出现新生儿黄疸后可以照照太阳,但避免直晒.如果严重,医院会用一种紫外灯照,起治疗作用.一般消退的时候,最迟消的是眼角,额头.如果两周后还有部分黄疸症状,可在两次喂奶中间让宝宝喝葡萄糖水,帮助排出胆红素.总的来说,只要宝宝吃的多,拉的多,护理的好(爸爸妈妈多观察),不会变成病理性黄疸的.5.宝宝的大便出生后三天内,宝宝的大便是墨绿色的,称为胎粪.之后母乳喂养的呈黄色,配方奶粉喂养的为灰色.几种不正常的大便:草绿色的便便:说明宝宝受冷了.如果又为鸟粪状的,说明宝宝没有吃饱.水,便分开:1)妈妈喝的红塘水没有煮开,导致宝宝腹泻.(注:红塘水一定要煮开喝,因为里面有很多杂质.)2)妈妈喝了太多的鸡汤,鱼汤,脂肪含量太多,宝宝不吸收.泡沫型:含糖分的东西妈妈吃的太多.最严重的是有血丝的便便,是细菌引起的腹泻,马上去医院.6.小便每24小时内一定要有.大便每48小时内一定要有.如果超过时间要引起重视.7.鹅口疮.黄霉天易发.白色块状.严重时因为很疼会影响宝宝吃奶.一般是喂奶时妈妈没有注意卫生引起的.喂奶前要用热水泡过的纱布擦洗RT.如果宝宝长了鹅口疮,可以在喂奶后擦药,一般医院都有的配的.马牙.为白色斑点状.一般容易长在口腔内上部,牙床等地方.不要用针挑破,让它去就行了.8.脐带护理.一般两周内脱落.最快一周也是有的.最好用医用的棉花棒消毒脐带,因为是消过毒的.注意棉花棒沾消毒药水后不要在瓶口把多的药水擦掉,会造成瓶口污染.一定要把宝宝的脐带和皮肤连接处翻起来,伸进去消毒.然后以脐带为中心2-3公分范围内都消毒到.如果脓性物较多,换根棉花棒再擦.如果脐带比较潮,可以用灯照,或者直接点一滴药水在脐窝.脐带脱落后再消毒2-3天就可以了.注意:一般宝宝会在消毒的时候哭闹,因为药水是冷的,爸爸妈妈不要因为心疼宝宝而给消毒打折扣.一旦消毒不好,脐带出现化脓等情况,可能要住院什么的,到时候宝宝会吃更多的苦.最好的学习方法:住院期间多观察护士如何给宝宝消毒脐带。

9.洗澡.宝宝脐带脱落前不要用澡盆,用脸盆就可以了.洗澡前要把所有东西准备好,避免洗澡中间跑来跑去,开门等.室温28度左右,可以买一个风扇型的暖风机,比较有效果,管状的取暖器加热效果比较慢.把暖风机放在洗澡处1-1.5米距离外,局部温度达到了就可以。

水温38-40度.注意脐带不能进水,易发炎.把宝宝抱在左手,四指并拢,拇指张开,托住宝宝脖子及肩胛连接处,宝宝身体夹抱在妈妈左侧腋下.先洗脸,然后头,手,上身。

然后宝宝头枕在妈妈左手臂弯,妈妈左手握住宝宝左侧大腿,清洗身体,注意如果用沐浴露,多准备几盆水,可以加快速度.沐浴露一般隔几天使用就可以了.宝宝的颈下,腋窝,大腿根部要注意清洁到,因为比较容易囤积脏东西.一般要求脱衣,洗澡,穿衣在5分钟内完成.新爸爸妈妈不易达到,可以增加人手,人多力量大,呵呵10.最后是抚触.和尽量每天洗澡一样,是对宝宝的早教,而且可以增进感情.一般从小做抚触的宝宝情商会比较高,各方面能力发育比较快.不要让月嫂来做,月子里可以让爸爸做,出了月子妈妈也可以做.室温24度左右,可以在宝宝吃饱或者睡醒后10-15分钟做.如果有发烧,皮肤破损就不要做了.准备一瓶润肤油,不要用橄榄油,有宝宝对此过敏的情况.爸爸妈妈洗干净手,不要带任何首饰,手表等.每个动作3-5下.具体动作我只能在这里大概描述一下,一般都是两手同时进行的:第一个动作:从眉心开始,在眉毛上部向眉尾用大拇指按摩,最后在太阳穴结束时请压一下.第二个动作:从下嘴唇中间开始,向脸颊两边酒窝处用大拇指按摩.就象帮宝宝做微笑的动作.第三个动作:两手四指从额头分别向后做梳头的动作,到耳朵后面结束时轻压耳后突起的骨头.第四个动作:胸部按摩,用右手中指从宝宝左乳下向右肩胛,左手中指从宝宝右乳下向左肩胛按摩,即在胸口交叉按摩,注意不要碰到宝宝的RT.第五个动作:腹部按摩.老师总结为I,LOVE,YOU的形状,不过是倒过来的,呵呵.首先左手从宝宝右乳下笔直向下按摩.然后右手从宝宝右乳下向左乳下横向然后笔直向下按摩.象个倒的L,就是7字型.最后一个动作是倒过来的U.用右手从宝宝右下腹开始,笔直向上,到右乳下方向左乳下方再笔直向下.其实第三个动作就是把前两个动作连起来做了一遍而已.第六个动作:按摩手和脚.先是向挤牛奶一样从手或脚的跟部向手掌脚掌按摩,然后是用大拇指从手心向手指按摩,最后四指在手背也是从手掌向手指按摩,然后轻拉每根手指,最后揉搓,放松.其实很多洗头附送的按摩中手部按摩和这几个动作很接近的。

第七个动作:背部按摩.把宝宝翻过来,头侧放.大拇指打圈从上到下按摩脊椎,是用手指轻压哦,据说帮助宝宝排遍的.这个动作做完可以和宝宝说:宝宝抬下头,据老师说有的宝宝做过1,2次后真的抬的起来的.最后一个动作:拇指轻推宝宝向前,让他爬一下,当然开始宝宝是不会的,不用急,呵呵.所有的动作结束.过程中多和宝宝说话,不要以为他们听不懂哦,有的宝宝很喜欢抚触,偶尔家长忘记了他们会以自己的方式提醒你们的,老师说的,呵呵.如果嫌看看麻烦,又难懂,那就在住院期间有心的爸爸在宝宝出生后做抚触时跟去学习,然后教会妈妈就行了,呵呵.不要太相信月嫂,因为很多月嫂没有经过正规的培训的.老师说全国只有18个有抚触培训资格的人.反正她是从没培训过月嫂的.听说还有个月嫂在给宝宝做抚触时居然把宝宝的肋骨压断了,太恐怖了.爸爸妈妈不要偷懒啊.外国的儿歌1.Hush-a-bye, baby,Daddy is near,Mammy\'s lady,And that\'s very clear.不要吵,小宝宝,爸爸陪你来睡觉;妈妈不是男子汉,这件事情你知道。
