本机在电脑控制下,集放料、模切、排废、切片、收卷为一体,实现了智能化全自动操作。

本机在模切位置的前后左右均设有光电控制装置,因而定位精度高。

本机送料稳定,张力均匀;无级调速,自动计数报警。

本机具有无纸停机功能。

本机结构紧凑、使用方便。

操作前请务必详阅此说明书。

二、主要技术参数1、模切速度:20-135个/分2、模切宽度:20-300mm3、模切长度:20-300mm4、定位精度:±0.15mm5、主机功率:1.1KW6、电源电压:220V±10%,50HZ或380V±10%,50HZ7、外形尺寸:2.8(L)×0.95(W)×1.4(H)(m)8、整机重量:约1500 kg三、触摸屏功能祥述(见附录1)四、操作说明1、在面板的右上方有“急停”开关。

当此开关被按下去后,全机断电。

如果合上总电源,指示灯不亮,则应检查此开关是否仍在低位。

如处在低位,则应按该开关盖上的键头方向的旋之,可将该开关还原至接通状态。

这时,如果总电源开关已合上,则指示灯应亮。

当按触摸屏面上任何一处,即可进入工作画面。

2、在模切机结构示意图(图1、2)中,点划线表示料的走向。

将料按图示位置穿好。

穿料时,可按触摸屏“点进”、“点退”键,以使料拉动到合适的模切、纠偏位置。

3、按功能说明设置“工作速度”、“长度设定”、“预警次数”及“停机次数”。

同时设定“工作方式”及“切片方式”。

五、放料系统放料系统主要由放料架、上料辊、过渡辊、浮动辊、开关及调速板组成。

Errata (All Date Codes): Missed Watchdog Timer Reset Array ProblemThere is a synchronization problem between the watchdog clock and the AVR® clock. Even though the clock inputs to both the watchdog timer and the AVR core are gener-ated through the same crystal, the two clock sources are not going through the same PLL. The AVR is clocked at 12 MHz and the watchdog timer is clocked at 1MHz. The WDR (Watchdog Reset) instruction is a one-clock-cycle instruction. As such, when a watchdog timer reset occurs due to a WDR, the watchdog timer may miss the reset. This happens frequently if the AVR is clocked much faster than the watchdog timer.Fix/WorkaroundA workaround is to invoke the WDR repetitively to ensure that the watchdog timer will be able to receive the reset signal. 二、产品操作说明2.1 开关机a. 开机:长按电源键,当显示屏上出现欢迎界面时松开按键。

b. 关机:长按电源键,根据显示屏上弹出式对话框的提示进行操作即可。

Intelligent addressable sensorsCAP320, CAPT340, CAH330This range of intelligent addressable sensors have been specifically designed to operate with Eaton’s intelligent addressable fire systems.All sensors are third party approved to the relevant section of EN54 (part 7 for smoke detectors, part 5 for heat detectors and part 17 for short circuit isolators).The optical sensor (CAP320) is suitable for mostapplications giving the fastest response to slow burning or smouldering fires which give rise to large visible smoke particles.The photo-thermal sensor (CAPT340) will respond quickly to fast clean burning fires yet maintain the advantage of optical sensors when detecting smouldering fires The thermal enhancement of this sensor allows a higher alarm threshold which provides a greater rejection of false alarms. The sensor will also raise an alarm at temperatures exceeding 60ºC.The CAPT340 has day/night modes available,programmeable from the site installer software. The day mode uses the heat aspect of the sensor for areas which may have smoky environments during, for example working hours. The night mode uses a combination of A2S and smoke detection. If not programmed, the sensor defaults to dual mode.The heat sensor (CAH330) can be set to one of 3 modes 77ºC / 92ºC and rate of rise. ORL readings appear directly on the large,backlit LCD. An ORL zero function accounts for incidental backreflections beforethe point of measurement and complies with Bellcore optical continuous wavereflectometer (OCWR) requirements. In User Calibration mode, you can calibratethe unit to a known reflection. 防止电击!! z 必须将变频器的接地端子可靠正确接地(对地电阻≤10Ω),否则有触电的危险。

z 上电前必须将变频器盖板盖好,否则有触电和爆炸的危险。

z 当输入电源接通时不能打开前端盖板;通电情况下,不要用手触摸控制端子,否则有触电的危险。

z 确认输入电源处于完全断开的情况下,才能进行配线作业,否则有触电的危险。

z 应在断开电源10分钟后进行维护操作,确认充电指示灯彻底熄灭且正负母线电压在36V 以下,否则有触电的危险。

z 不要用潮湿的手操作变频器,否则有触电的危险。

防止火灾!!z 不能将变频器安装在有易燃物或靠近易燃物的地方,否则会有发生火灾的危险。

z 不要安装在含有可燃性气体的环境里,否则有引发爆炸的危险。

z 当变频器发生故障时应立即排除故障原因,否则会有发生火灾的危险。

z 不要在直流端子DC(+)、DC(-)之间直接连接制动电阻,否则有发生火灾的危险。

防止损坏变频器!!z 输入电源端子电压不能超出额定电压范围,否则将导致变频器损坏。

They were investigated using the general information questionnaire and the Heart Failure Symptom Assessment Scale (HF⁃MSAS) on the day of discharge (T1) and at 1,3,6,9,12 months after discharge (T2⁃T6), tent variable growth mixed model (LCGM)was used to identify the change trajectory of the physical symptom group in elderly patients with heart failure at six time points.Results:216 patients conducted the follow⁃up.Exploratory factor analysis both extracted rest⁃related symptom groups and digestive tract⁃related symptom groups at 6 time points. The rest related symptom group was fitted by LCGM to obtain "first ascending then descending group" and "first ascending then descending stable group".The relevant symptoms of the digestive tract were fitted to obtain "first rising then falling group""first rising then falling rising group""first rising then falling stable group".Conclusion:The physical symptoms of elderly patients with heart failure have different trajectory characteristics, and intervention time points can be selected based on the trajectory characteristics or targeted at patients with an upward trend in subgroup trajectory characteristics.Keywords the elderly; heart failure; symptom clusters; sleep disorders; digestive tract;trajectory change; longitudinal study摘要目的:探讨老年心力衰竭病人不同时间点躯体症状群的变化轨迹及最佳干预时间点。
