【摘要】本文简要地介绍了在缺乏检定规程规定的设备情况下,利用方阻与等效四端电阻的比值关系,使用标准电阻对四探针电阻率测试仪示值基本误差进行校准的变通计量方法,绕开了对电阻率标准样片的依赖,利用标准电阻实现对四探针电阻率测试仪方阻示值误差的量值溯源.

2.0 范围:本标准适用于芯片面阻测试。

3.0 权责:本文件由芯片工程制定和修订,由芯片生产、品管监督执行、芯片工程执行。

4.0 定义:无5.0作业程序:5.1设备简介(1)MENU操作软件:控制机台动作执行的软件模拟按钮(2)电源开关:仪器电源开启或关闭(3)量程:仪器所能度量的范畴(4)开关旋钮:将开关旋钮从“100/1000”指示处旋转到“OFF”状态,即关闭面阻仪,反之则打开面阻仪(5)探针头:使用4点探针平扎在陪片的中间区域。

(6)探针按压处:使用时用手轻轻按压探针5.1作业流程确认仪器电源和量程→放置样品→按压探针测试→读取显示屏数值→松开探针取回样品5.2详细作业流程操作示意图图示说明注意事项确认仪器电源和量程:①确认仪器电源开启;②将开关旋钮从OFF指示处旋转到“100/1000”量程处。

●确认仪器电源开启,量程设置合理;●转动旋钮时应缓慢,切不可用力过大,将旋钮拧断。

放置样品:①把样品镀膜的一面朝上平放在测试平台上;②用面阻仪的4点探针头垂直对齐样品的中间区域。

●拿取样品时必须轻拿轻放,切勿损坏样品;●样品镀膜的一面必须朝上放置,不然无法测试;●将样品中间区域对准探针头,保证测量数据准确性和真实性;●其余非相关动作禁止操作。

5.2.3按压探针测试按压探针测试:①轻压探针头,直至接触样品。

轻轻按压探针,平扎时保证4根针扎入同样的深度,扎入深度以探针总长度的1/3为宜;切不可用力过大,导致探针变形或样品被压裂压碎。

操作示意图图示说明注意事项读取显示屏数据:①轻按下探针后,在显示屏上读取数值并记录该数值。

准确记录显示屏的数值,同时核对流程卡上数值范围,如有超出范围通知站长或领班。

前言CE系列氧化锆氧分析仪适用于工业炉窑烟气中含氧量的连续监测,作为操作人员调节燃风配比的依据,或与自控系统连接,实现低氧合理燃烧,达到降低燃耗、稳定工艺、提高产品质量、减少环境污染等目的。

具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

CE系列氧化锆氧分析仪检测器,采用了日本的离子镀膜技术,大幅度的提高了氧化锆探头的使用寿命,平均寿命为18个月,一般可达2-3年。

传感器采用最新工艺烧结制作,有效的克服了国内同类产品中离散性大,热震性差的问题。

氧化锆探头的整体可靠性及稳定性都居于国内领先地位。

该仪表转换器采用了16位的ATMEL系列单片微处理器,具有很强的运算能力,锆头控温达到±2℃,系统的测量精度≤±2%。

小信号处理及仪表电源采用多重隔离电路,有效的隔绝了工业环境中的各种干扰,仪表运行更加可靠,先进的3点标定方式,在保证测量精度的前提下,大大的减少用户的维护工作量,双节点的开关量输出更加方便的满足了用户的不同需求。

一、氧化锆测氧工作原理氧化锆材料是一种氧化锆固体电解质,是在纯氧化锆中掺以一定量的氧化钙或氧化钇经高温烧结后形成的稳定的氧化锆陶瓷烧结体。

由于在它的立方晶格中含有氧离子空穴,因此,在高温条件下它是良好的氧离子导体。

浓差电池氧化锆探头检测框图利用它的这一特性,在一定的温度下,当传感器两侧的氧含量不同时,它便是一个典型的氧浓差电池。

如果在氧化锆管内外涂制纯铂电极,用电炉对氧化锆管加热,使其内外壁接触氧分压不同的气体,氧化锆管就成为一个氧浓差电池,在两个铂电极上将发生如下反应:在空气侧(参比侧)电极上:O+4e→2O2-2+4e在低氧侧(被测侧)电极上:2O2-→O2当这两种迁移达到平衡后,便在两电极间产生一个与氧浓差有关的电势信号E。

氧电势值E符合能斯特方程:E=RT4FLnP AP X式中:R-气体常数T-锆管的绝对温度F-法拉第常数PX-被测气体氧浓度百分数PA-参比气氧浓度百分数,一般为%。

传感器是一种检测装置,能感受到被测量的信息,并能将感受到的信息,按一定规律变换成为电信号或其他所需形式的信息输出,以满足信息的传输、处理、存储、显示、记录和控制等要求。

现如今很多电子设备设备的CE认证都是需要符合EN 55035标准的作为一个新的指令标准,当然包含了以前的EN55020(AV)类产品和EN 55024(ITE)类产品。

当然新旧标准在测试要求和测试项目上还是有着很大区别的。

传感器CE认证法规要求
传感器出口欧盟需要按照法规要求申请CE认证。

首先传感器要符合EMC电磁兼容指令要求,常见测试标准根据使用环境可选EN 61000-6-1:2007电磁兼容性(EMC)-第6-1部分:通用标准;免疫住宅,商业和轻工业环境
EN 61000-6-3:2007+A1:2011电磁兼容性(EMC)。

第6-3部分:通用标准。

居住,商业和轻工业环境用发射标准
如考虑到检测用传感器还可以采用EN61326-1:2013Electrical equipment for measurement,control and laboratory use EMC requirements Part 1:General requirements测量类虽然传感器产品工作电压一般都不在LVD低电压指令范围内,但因其实际使用环境均存在电气风险,所以大部分传感器产家都会同时选择LVD的测试和认证,其测试标准可采用测量类EN 61010-1:2010测量,控制和试验室用电气设备的安全要求。

此外,常规电子电器产品还需要符合ROHS环保测试的要求。

Comprende i requisiti di sicurezza ed i criteri di conformitàin ordine alla:• protezione per gli utilizzatori dell’apparecchiatura di teleco-municazione dai pericoli insiti nell’apparecchiatura;• protezione per il personale di ser-vizio che lavora sulla rete di tele-comunicazione e degli altri uti-lizzatori della rete di telecomuni-cazione contro le eventuali conseguenze del collegamento dell’apparecchiatura;•protezione per l’utilizzatore dell’apparecchio dalle tensioni sulla rete di norma segue ed estende i prin-cipi della Guida IEC 105 e concilia le specifiche di sicurezza stabilite dalla IEC per l’uso di prodotti elet-trici con la considerevole esperien-za sulla sicurezza dei gestori delle reti di telecomunicazione riguardoal funzionamento delle loro reti.La 74-3 indica di applicare alcuni requisiti particolari quando l’appa-recchiatura collegata alle reti viene usata negli ambienti dell’abbona-to. Questi requisiti assicurano la non propagazione alla rete di even-tuali pericoli provenienti dall’appa-recchiatura, che nessun contatto con le tensioni di rete possa avve-nire attraverso l’apparecchiatura stessa e che vengano impediti con-tatti involontari o contatti di ampie superfici di pelle con le prese di col-legamento cui deve essere dispo-nibile l’accesso.I livelli di prova usati per le appa-recchiature tengono conto della possibilità che si verifichino sovra-tensioni sulla rete di telecomunica-zione.
