LESSON 2 THE PNEUMATICS SYSYTEM 增压系统一、生词LESSON 3 AIR CONDINTION空调系统(1)the air conditioning system provides a conditioned air environment for thepassengers and crew , heats the cargo compartment, cools the electronicequipment, and supplies air for the pressurization system.空调系统为旅客和机组提供环境温度的控制,为客舱供热,为电子设备舱降温,还有为增压系统提供空气。
(2)Air is bled from the pneumatic manifold and conditioned by 2 separate andindependent cooling packs. Air flow into the packs is regulated by the packvalves.空气从增压主管道和空调中通过2个隔离的,互相独立的冷却组件中被引入。
空气流进组件中通过组件活门调节。
(3)Air from the pneumatic manifold is too warm and must be cooled. The pupose of2 packs is to reduce engine bleed air temperature to the desired temperature.从增压主管道中来的空气太热,需要降温。
两个组件的作用就是将发动机引气温度降低到需要的温度。
(4)An air cycle machine is an integral unit of each cooling pack. The air cyclemachine consists of a turbine wheel and a compressor wheel mounted on acommon shaft. Air flowing through the air cycle machine drives the turbine, theturbine drives the compressor section. As the air leaves the turbine it expandsgreatly. This expansion can cause the temperature of the air to drop to sub-zero levels.涡轮冷却器是构成每个冷却组件所必需的。

As such, they reflect the turning capability of the aircraft in favorable operating circumstances. These data should be used only as guidelines for the method of determination of such parameters and for the maneuvering characteristics of this aircraft. In the ground operating mode, varying airline practices may demand that more conservative turning procedures be adopted to avoid excessive tire wear and reduce possible maintenance problems. Airline operating procedures will vary in the level of performance over a wide range of operating circumstances throughout the world. Variations from standard aircraft operating patterns may be necessary to satisfy physical constraints within the maneuvering area, such as adverse grades, limited area, or high risk of jet blast damage. For these reasons, ground maneuvering requirements should be coordinated with the using airlines prior to layout planning.Section 4.2 shows turning radii for various nose gear steering angles. Radii for the main and nose gears are measured from the turn center to the outside of the tire.Section 4.3 provides data on minimum width of pavement required for 180o turn.Section 4.4 shows the pilot’s visibility from the cockpit and the limits of ambinocular vision through the windows. Ambinocular vision is defined as the total field of vision seen simultaneously by both eyes.Section 4.5 shows approximate wheel paths of a 787 on runway to taxiway, and taxiway to taxiway turns.Section 4.6 illustrates a typical runway holding bay configuration.NOTES: * ACTUAL OPERATING TURNING RADII MAY BE GREATER THAN SHOWN.* CONSULT WITH AIRLINE FOR SPECIFIC OPERATING PROCEDURER-1 INNER GEARR-2OUTER GEARR-3NOSE GEARR-4WING TIPR-5NOSER-6TAILSTEERINGANGLE(DEG)FT M FT M FT M FT M FT M FT M30 110.533.7148.645.3151.446.2231.670.6160.148.5187.157.035 87.726.7125.838.4132.240.3209.263.8142.043.1167.851.140 70.121.4108.233.0118.236.0191.958.5129.039.1153.446.845 55.717.093.828.6107.632.8177.954.2119.436.3142.343.450 43.713.381.824.999.530.3166.250.7112.134.1133.540.755 33.310.271.421.893.228.4156.147.6106.532.4126.338.560 24.17.462.219.088.226.9147.344.9102.231.1120.336.765 15.8 4.853.916.484.425.7139.342.599.030.1115.335.170 8.2 2.546.314.181.524.8132.040.296.529.4111.033.84.2.1 TURNING RADII - NO SLIP ANGLEMODEL 787-8EFFECTIVEX Y A R3 R4 R5 R6 STEERINGFT M FT M FT M FT M FT M FT M FT M MODEL ANGLE(DEG)787-8 65 74.8 22.8 34.910.6138.442.284.725.7139.342.599.030.1115.335.14.3 CLEARANCE RADIIMODEL 787-84.4 VISIBILITY FROM COCKPIT IN STATIC POSITIONMODEL 787-84.5.1 RUNWAY AND TAXIWAY TURNPATHS - RUNWAY-TO-TAXIWAY,MORE THAN 90-DEGREE TURNMODEL 787-84.5.2 RUNWAY AND TAXIWAY TURNPATHS - RUNWAY-TO-TAXIWAY, 90-DEGREE TURNMODEL 787-84.5.3 RUNWAY AND TAXIWAY TURNPATHS - TAXIWAY-TO-TAXIWAY,90-DEGREE TURN, NOSE GEAR TRACKS CENTERLINEMODEL 787-84.5.4 RUNWAY AND TAXIWAY TURNPATHS - TAXIWAY-TO-TAXIWAY,90-DEGREE TURN, COCKPIT TRACKS CENTERLINEMODEL 787-84.5.5 RUNWAY AND TAXIWAY TURNPATHS - TAXIWAY-TO-TAXIWAY,90-DEGREE TURN, JUDGMENTAL OVERSTEERINGMODEL 787-8D6-58333REV A SEPTEMBER 2007474.6 RUNWAY HOLDING BAYMODEL 787-8THIS PAGE INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANKD6-5833348 SEPTEMBER 2007 REV A5.0 TERMINAL SERVICING5.1 Airplane Servicing Arrangement - Typical Turnaround5.2 Terminal Operations - Turnaround Station5.3 Terminal Operations - En Route Station5.4 Ground Servicing Connections and Capacities5.5 Engine Start and Ground Power Requirements5.6 Conditioned Air Flow Requirements5.7 Ground Towing RequirementsD6-58333REV A SEPTEMBER 2007 495.0 TERMINAL SERVICINGDuring turnaround at the terminal, certain services must be performed on the aircraft, usually within a given time, to meet flight schedules.
