本产品是基于通用串行接口的符合网络标准的嵌入式模块,内置TCP/IP协议栈,能够实现用户串口、以太网、无线网(WIFI)3个接口之间的转换。
通过模块,传统的串口设备在不需要更改任何配置的情况下,即可通过Internet网络传输自己的数据。
为用户的串口设备通过网络传输数据提供完整快速的解决方案。

LM016L说明硬件原理图我们对液晶显示器并不陌生。
液晶显示模块已作为很多电子产品的通过器件,如在计算器、万用表、电子表及很多家用电子产品中都可以看到,显示的主要是数字、专用符号和图形。
在单片机的人机交流界面中,一般的输出方式有以下几种:发光管、LED数码管、液晶显示器。
发光管和LED数码管比较常用,软硬件都比较简单,在前面章节已经介绍过,在此不作介绍,本章重点介绍字符型液晶显示器的应用。
在单片机系统中应用晶液显示器作为输出器件有以下几个优点: 显示质量高由于液晶显示器每一个点在收到信号后就一直保持那种色彩和亮度,恒定发光,而不像阴极射线管显示器(CRT)那样需要不断刷新新亮点。
因此,液晶显示器画质高且不会闪烁。
数字式接口液晶显示器都是数字式的,和单片机系统的接口更加简单可靠,操作更加方便。
体积小、重量轻液晶显示器通过显示屏上的电极控制液晶分子状态来达到显示的目的,在重量上比相同显示面积的传统显示器要轻得多。
功耗低相对而言,液晶显示器的功耗主要消耗在其内部的电极和驱动IC上,因而耗电量比其它显示器要少得多。
液晶显示简介液晶显示原理液晶显示的原理是利用液晶的物理特性,通过电压对其显示区域进行控制,有电就有显示,这样即可以显示出图形。
液晶显示器具有厚度薄、适用于大规模集成电路直接驱动、易于实现全彩色显示的特点,目前已经被广泛应用在便携式电脑、数字摄像机、PDA移动通信工具等众多领域。
液晶显示器的分类液晶显示的分类方法有很多种,通常可按其显示方式分为段式、字符式、点阵式等。
除了黑白显示外,液晶显示器还有多灰度有彩色显示等。
如果根据驱动方式来分,可以分为静态驱动(Static)、单纯矩阵驱动(Simple Matrix)和主动矩阵驱动(Active Matrix)三种。
液晶显示器各种图形的显示原理:线段的显示点阵图形式液晶由M×N个显示单元组成,假设LCD显示屏有64行,每行有128列,每8列对应1字节的8位,即每行由16字节,共16×8=128个点组成,屏上64×16个显示单元与显示RAM区1024字节相对应,每一字节的内容和显示屏上相应位置的亮暗对应。

MODA和MODB的逻辑电平决定了HPRIO中SMOD和MDA位的控制状态.复位释放后,模式选择引脚不再影响MCU的操作模式.单芯片的操作模式中,MODA引脚连接到逻辑电平0,在扩展模式里,MODA应该通过4.7K 的上拉电阻连接到VDD.在MCU的非复位期间,MODA同样充当着LIR引脚的功能(指令下载).在第一个时钟周期中每一条指令(取操作码)将会激活LIR引脚的低开漏输出.MODB同样充当着电源准备输入的功能.这样使得内存的内容在VDD的情况下得以维持. 在复位期间MODB处于逻辑1时即选择为正常模式.三分一的中断向量表取自于地址$FFFA~$FFFF,程序从中断向量表所指向的地址妊.若在复位期间,MODB为逻辑电平0,,则从址$BFFA~$BFFF处取复位向量表,并且软件访问特殊测试功能.HPRIO RegisterHPRIO中的位设置中断优先级,设置是否目前的引导ROM,和CPU对内部控制的读可见.MDA和SMOD在复位后设置操作模式.RBOOT---读引导ROM置1为自举方式进行复位.只限于特殊模式中.随时可读,只在特殊模式中可写.0 = 禁止引导ROM,且不在地址空间中.1 = 使能引导ROM,并处于空间的$BF00~$BFFF.SMOD和MDA---特殊模式设置且设置模式A.SMOD的初始值是在复位上升沿时MODB引脚当前逻辑电平的相反值.而MDA的初始值等于复位上升沿时候的MODA引脚的逻辑值.这两位都是可即时读取的.在特殊模式下,均可随时写操作.在正常模式下都不可写.SMOD一但清零后都不能置位.IRV---内部读可见IRV可以在特殊模式下进行写操作(SMOD=1).在正常模式下(SMOD=0)IRV只能写一次.在扩展和测试模式中,IRV决定了内部可见了读操作的开关.单芯片模式哎呀自举模式中,IRV没有意义或影响.0 = 在外部总线中不会出现内部读可见1 = 从内部读的数据被驱动到外部总线中.PSEL[3:0]---优先级设置位[3:0]初始化由于控制寄存器。

Shipping charges to the factory or repair station must be prepaid by the owner, return-shipping charges (via UPS Ground) will be paid by FSR.This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. In addition, it does not apply to repairs done by other than the FSR factory or Authorized Repair Stations.This warranty shall be cancelable by FSR at its sole discretion if the unit has been subjected to physical abuse or has been modified in any way without written authorization from FSR.
