2. 主要技术参数3. 主要特点3.1 本机系消化吸收国外引进技术设计制造的新型产品,采用无小车架新型小车结构,整机自重比同类老式桥机减轻30%左右,整机大车轨面以上高度降至2120mm,在相同起升高度的情况下厂房高度较普通桥机可降低1500mm以上,可节省厂房容积,减少建设投资。

3.2 主、副起升机构,大小车运行机构均采用变频调速,实现起动或制动过程中安全平稳的调速, 起重机在任意负载情况下升降平稳并就位准确,调速范围分别可从电机的额定转速调至同步转速的1/10以上, 整机性能优良。

3.3 电控采用PLC程序控制,便于调试和检修。

3.4 所有传动系统采用硬齿面减速器, 大、小车运行机构采用“三合一”驱动装置, 机构紧凑, 承载能力强, 寿命长。

The 5 VSB pin should deliver 5V ± 5% at a minimum of 3.0 A for PC board circuits to operate. Conversely,PC board should draw no more than 3.0A maximum form this pin. This power may be used to operate circuits such as soft power control.043.7 PG-OKPG-OK is a power good signal and should be asserted high by power supply to indicate that the +5 VDC and +3.3 VDC outputs are above the under-voltage thresholds of the power supply. When this signal is asserted high, there should be sufficient mains energy stored by the converter to guarantee continuous power operation within specification. Conversely, when either the +5VDC or the +3.3VDC output voltage falls below the under-voltage threshold, or when mains power has been removed for a time sufficiently long so that power supplyoperation is no longer guaranteed, PG-OK should be deasserted to a low state.See Figure 1 for a representation of the timing characteristics of the PG-OK,PS-ON, and germane power rail signals.3.8 3.3V SenseA default 3.3V sense line should be implemented pin 13 of the connector.3.9 Capacitive LoadThe power supply should be able to power up and operate normally with the following capacitances simultaneously present on the DC outputs.4.1 Input ProtectionIn primary circuit of the power supply , a protected fuse is inserted. Maximum value can't be over 15.5V at 12V.4.2.3 Over Power ProtectionThe power supply can be used electronic circuit to limit the output current against exceeding 60% of surge output power or protected against excessive power delivery since short circuit of any output or over total power at high line.4.2.4 Short Circuit ProtectionShort circuit placed on +5V,+12V,+3.3V,-12V will latch off. +5VSB will auto-recovery.4.2.5 Over-Current ProtectionCurrent protection should be designed to limit the current to operate within safe operating conditions. Over current protection schemes where only the voltage output that experiences the over current event is shut off may be adequate to maintain safe operation of the power supply and the system; however, damage to the motherboard or other system components may occur. The recommended over current protection scheme is for the power supply to latch into the shutdown state. 1D r i v e s a n d M o t o r sManual Motor Protectorsl Visible Trip Indicationl Class 10 Overload Protectionl M anual Motor Protectors up to 25A l U L 508 Group Motor and Type E Compliant XTPB and XTPR SeriesManual Motor Protectors (MMPs) features a pushbutton or rotary ON/OFF manual disconnect, Class 10 adjustable bimetallic overload relay and fixed magnetic short circuit trip capability in one compact unit. The Frame B size (45 mm) for motors has FLA ratings up to 32A. The XTPB and XTPR MMPs are UL Listed under UL 508 as Manual Motor Protectors. They provide an economical solution for applications requiring simple manual starting and stopping of motors. When used as an MMP , they are typically installed in an enclosure. Many enclosures are offered as accessories for the MMPs. Separate short-circuit protective devices, such as circuit breakers or fuses, are wired ahead of the MMPs. The short-circuit protective device should be sized per the NEC code and should not exceed 400% of the maximumFLA dial setting of the MMP . A Group Motor Installation can be defined as more than one motor circuit protected by a single set of fuses or circuit breaker on a motor branch circuit. This eliminates the need for individual fuses or circuit breakers for each motor circuit. Substantial component cost savings,panel space savings and reduced wiringinstallation time can be achieved in GroupMotor Installations. The MMPs are tested and listed for group installation. If remoteoperation is required, a magnetic contactorcan be wired in series with the MMP . Manual Motor Protectors are selected based on theoverload current range required for a given motor. This current range is determined from the motor Full Load Ampere rating and Motor Service Factor usually found on the motor nameplate. For motors with service factors less than 1.15, multiply the motor FLA by 0.90 to select appropriate MMP . —— 基 本 概 念
汽轮机在启动、暖机、升速和停机过程中,或在运行工况发生较大变动 时,都会由于温度大幅度或快速变化,引起汽缸和转子不同程度的热膨胀。 汽轮机高、中、低压缸对应滑销死点(即汽轮机基础)的膨胀称为缸胀; 转子与汽缸之间的相对膨胀差值,称为胀差(或差胀)。 转子膨胀量大于汽缸膨胀量为正胀差: 原因:启动时,暖机时间不够,升速过快;负荷变动时,升负荷速度过快等。 汽缸膨胀量大于转子膨胀量为负胀差: 原因:减负荷速度过快;突然甩全负荷;空负荷或低负荷运行时间过长;主 蒸汽温度过低或突降;发生水冲击;停机过程中,用轴封蒸汽冷却汽轮机速 度过快;凝汽器真空急剧下降,排汽温度迅速上升时,造成低压缸负胀差增 大等。 金属材料的绝对膨胀, 可以用以下公式表示:

随着汽轮机组容量的不断扩大,蒸汽参数越来越高,热力系统也 越来越复杂,汽轮机本体及其辅助设备需要监测的参数和保护项目越 来越多。汽轮机是在高温、高压下工作的高速旋转机械,为提高机组 的热经济性,大型汽轮机的级间间隙、轴封间隙选择的都比较小。在 启、停和运行过程中,如果操作、控制不当,很容易造成汽轮机动静 部件互相摩擦,引起叶片损坏、主轴弯曲、推力瓦烧毁甚至飞车等严 重事故。为保证汽轮机组安全、经济运行,必须对汽轮机及其辅助设 备、系统的重要参数进行正确有效的严密监视。当参数越限时,发出 热工报警信号;当参数超过极限值危及机组安全时,保护装臵动作, 发出紧急停机信号,关闭主汽门,实现紧急停机。
汽轮机振动监测与保护 一、振动的原因与危害
(1)汽轮机启动时,暖机时间不够,升速或升负荷太快,引起汽缸受热膨胀不均 匀,或滑销系统有卡涩,使汽缸不能自由膨胀,使汽缸与转子轴线不对中; (2)凝汽器真空下降,使排汽温度上升,后轴承上抬,使汽轮机轴线前后不一 致; 、 (3)靠背轮安装不正确,中心未对准; (4)汽轮机进汽温度不满足设计要求范围,使缸胀和胀差加大; (5)由于叶片断裂、脱落、结垢、平衡块安放不当等原因使转子质量不平衡; (6)主轴弯曲; (7)轴承油膜不稳或被破坏; (8)汽轮机内部动、静部分摩擦; (9)蒸汽带水进入汽轮机,发生水冲击等。 在启动,运行过程中,振动过大可能会造成严重危害,直接威胁机组的安全 运行。因此,大型汽轮机组必须安装振动监测保护装置,严密监视机组的振动情 况。当振动超过报警值时,发送声光报警信号;当振动超过危险值时,发送停机 保护信号。

¾低压线圈的测试,测量绕组的匝数间、 绕组间的耐压,低压绕组较多,可逐一用 测量仪测试,检查在绕制过程中是否将匝 数绕错。

¾真空环氧灌注—— 密度测试 通过实验测试混合比例,然 后与标准比重值对比,可有效 的监测实际配比情况;
¾通过设备电子监控可对以下 参数检查: ⑴树脂和固化剂的配比关系; ⑵注射量和单位时间流量;
¾线圈含浸度检查: 是通过每天例行解剖对环氧树 脂浸润线圈程度进行检查,浸 润良好的线圈,在耐压有保 证,可满足产品可靠性要求。
•因FBT工作在行频,因此要求使 用材料具有较高的饱和磁通密度 和较低高频损耗,所以通常采用 铁氧体(软磁)磁芯,磁芯最小 横截面积决定FBT最大输出功率。

•可分为硅胶和丙胶两种,要求阳 极高压帽弹性好、热变形小,吸 附在CRT高压嘴上密封性好,绝 缘耐压是最大高压1.5倍以上。

机后调整束流1mA(25寸以下TV)或1.4mA(25寸以上TV)

¾综合试验
PC—高温蒸煮试验(120℃、2个大气压、湿度100%)
LT—低温试验(-50 ℃)

本章主要介绍负载的键盘操作与显示信息。

序列测试功能(以下简称SEQ功能)可模拟复杂的电压电流波形,常用于汽车电子测试、电机运行测试、引擎启动测试等场合。
FTP系列序列文件采用编程指令的思路,支持的功能指令包括:改变输出电压、改变输出电流、改变电压斜率、改变电流斜率、跳转、延时。用户使用上述指令编辑序列文件实现输出复杂波形。序列测试还支持循环运行和链接文件的功能,以扩展文件运行指令数目。
