LOAN CONTRACT
ARTICLE 1 – LOAN
1.1 The Lender hereby agrees to lend to the Borrower the sum of [Amount] (hereinafter referred to as the "Loan").
1.2 The Borrower hereby agrees to borrow from the Lender the sum of [Amount] (hereinafter referred to as the "Loan").

ARTICLE 2 – REPAYMENT

11.1 This Contract may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
