新疆某高校本科护生艾森克人格特征分析

摘要：目的 本研究通过运用艾森克人格问卷，对新疆某高校本科护生人格特征状况进行调查，为提高大学生的心理健康状况提供依 据的同时提出维护心理健康的建议。方法 采用问卷调查法，对新疆某高校 158 名本科护生进行测查。结果 （1）本科护生的 EPQ 量表结果 P、E、N、L 四个维度的得分均与全国青年常模存在显著性差异。其中精神质（P 维度）和内外向（E 维度）得分显著高于 常模，神经质（N 维度）和掩饰性（L 维度）得分显著低于全国常模。（2）不同年级本科护生在精神质（P 维度）和掩饰性（L 维度） 得分上有显著性差异。（3）获得奖学金的护生与未获得奖学金的护生艾森克问卷得分上无显著性差异。（4）汉族护生的人格特征与 少数民族护生无显著性差异。结论 本科护生的艾森克 EPQ 量表得分在与常模比较、不同年级之间有差异，人格特征以外向精神型为主， 为学生心理健康指导提供依据。 关键词：本科护生；艾森克；人格特征 中图分类号：R4 文献标识码：A DOI: 10.19613/ki.1671-3141.2019.40.011 本文引用格式 ：木巴来克·依米提 . 新疆某高校本科护生艾森克人格特征分析 [J]. 世界最新医学信息文摘 ,2019,19(40):21-22.

0 引言
人 格，是 一 个 人 品 德、气 质、性 格、精 神 风 貌、心 理 状 态、 行 为 方 式、能 力、兴 趣、人 生 观 的 总 和，是 在 漫 长 的 现 实 生 活 中 逐 渐 磨 炼、铸 就 而 形 成 的、较 固 定 的 心 理 行 为 特 征。 随 着 社 会 竞 争 的 激 烈，大 学 生 的 压 力 在 俱 增，因 此 我 们 关 注 的 不 仅仅是大学生的知识技能，而是他们的综合素质。而这综合 素质的体现与人格因素之间存在着密切的联系。作为人才 素 质 的 综 合 体 现，人 格 以 一 定 的 生 理 特 征 为 基 础，以 社 会 实 践为中介，是个人在各种交互作用过程中形成的内在动力组 织和相应行为模式的统一体 [1]。护生是未来大力促进护理事 业发展的主力军。她们要完成学习任务，还要接受严格的技 能训练，时时都在接受着严峻的考验 [2]。她们正处于由青春 期 向 成 年 期 过 渡 的 重 要 阶 段，其 人 格 发 展 还 不 够 稳 定，但 正 是快速发展的时期。因此重视和了解护生的人格是非常必 要的，本研究利用艾森克人格问卷对新疆某高校本科护生的 人 格 特 征 进 行 分 析，旨 在 掌 握 护 生 人 格 特 征，为 培 养 具 有 健 全人格的高水平、高质量的护理人才队伍提供科学依据。

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the personality characteristics of undergraduate nursing students in a university in Xinjiang by using Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), so as to provide basis for improving the mental health of undergraduates and at the same time to put forward suggestions for maintaining mental health. Methods One hundred and fifty-eight undergraduate nursing students in a university in Xinjiang were investigated by questionnaire. Results (1) There were significant differences between the scores of P, E, N and L in the EPQ scale of undergraduate nursing students and the National Youth norm. The scores of psychoticism (P dimension) and extroversion (E dimension) were significantly higher than the norm, while the scores of neuroticism (N dimension) and concealment (L dimension) were significantly lower than the national norm. (2) There were significant differences in psychoticism (P dimension) and concealment (L dimension) scores among undergraduate nursing students of different grades. (3) There was no significant difference in the scores of Eysenck Questionnaire between the scholarship-winning nursing students and the non-scholarship nursing students. (4) There was no significant difference in personality characteristics between Han nursing students and minority nursing students. Conclusion The EPQ scores of undergraduate nursing students are different from those of norms and grades. The personality traits are mainly extroverted and psychotropic, which provides the basis for the guidance of students'mental health. KEY WORDS: Undergraduate nursing; Eisenk; Personality
