同时,该所还积极推动遥感数据共享,为抗震救灾提供图像、视频等数据服务。
他介绍说,宝兴县城及周边地区地震灾害遥感监测与灾情评估结果主要包括4个⽅⾯:
⼀是宝兴县道路损毁严重,对宝兴县附近⼤坪村⾄顺江村约7公⾥道路的损毁情况进⾏分析,道路共损毁14处,损毁长度约500⽶。
⼆是宝兴县城建筑物损毁严重,损毁率逾60%。
损毁建筑主要表现为局部受损和屋顶塌陷,多为⽼旧民房和简易⼯棚;学校、政府部门建筑未发现明显倒塌现象;部分损毁房屋已有⼈员开展现场救助,但仍有部分损毁区域等待救援;靠近⼭体的部分房屋受崩塌和滚⽯威胁。
三是宝兴县城及周边地区地震滑坡多发,部分滑坡存在较⼤的次⽣地震灾害风险。
今后⼏天震区可能会有降⾬,特别要警惕居
民点周边可能引发的滑坡、泥⽯流等潜在次⽣地质灾害。
宝兴县城周边发现滑坡体38处,其中很多滑坡体掩盖道路,严重影响交通及救灾⼯作开展。
四是宝兴县城周边农⽥、林地损毁较轻,其中农⽥损毁率不⾜2.5%,林地损坏率不⾜2%。
农⽥和林地损毁主要由⼭体滑坡、塌⽅等次⽣灾害引起。
在遥感数据共享⽅⾯,中科院遥感地球所已推出两批灾区震前卫星数据共享。
截⾄21⽇15时,该所与地震、民政、交通、国⼟资源和四川省等中央部委及地⽅政府,实时共享卫星、飞机⾼空遥感数据462G;包括美国、澳⼤利亚、⽇本、乌克兰、⾹港等在内,海内外关注雅安地震⽤户共有7638⼈次,通过络下载地震灾区共享遥感数据176G。
郭华东称,中科院遥感地球所科研⼈员基于数字地球科学平台,利⽤⾼分辨率航空遥感影像,并叠加地名、道路、⽔系等基础地理信息数据,21⽇已制作发布芦⼭县地震灾区灾情三维监测与评估系统,为抗震救灾提供⼀系列实时灾情评估报告。
“遥感是突发灾害监测评估的最有效⼿段之⼀。
”他表⽰,中科院遥感地球所的后续⼯作中,包括将为灾后救援、灾情评估提供实时和准实时遥感监测数据,对震区潜在次⽣灾害进⼀步开展系统监测,为灾后重建选址提供科学数据等。
中新社记者当天还从中科院获悉,该院全⾯启动雅安地震抗震救灾⼯作后,众多研究所积极参与:⼼理研究所启动⼼理援助应急⾏动,派出正驻扎在北川⼼理援助站的⼼理援助⼯作者和⼼理所两名专家赶赴灾区开展⼼理急救⼯作;沈阳⾃动化研究所废墟可变形搜救机器⼈、机器⼈化⽣命探测仪、旋翼⽆⼈机3款机器⼈急赴灾区开展救援⼯作;⼤连化学物理研究所向雅安地震灾区提供500余台⼤容量、⾼⽐能量电源,为灾后救援提供长时间照明、通讯等保障。
