My First Day at Middle School
It was the first day of middle school, and I was filled with excitement and nervousness. As I walked through the gates, my heart was pounding. I looked around at the new environment, trying to take in everything at once.
The school seemed enormous compared to my primary school. There were taller buildings, more students, and a much busier atmosphere. I felt a little overwhelmed, but I knew I had to stay strong and face the challenges ahead.
My first class was English, and I was eager to meet my new teacher. When she walked into the classroom, I immediately liked her. She had a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that made me feel at ease.
