考点二remind的用法和搭配

remind 作动词，意为“提醒；使想起”
I reminded her how much the fare was. 我提醒她车票的价钱是多少。

考点三so.... that 引导的结果状语从句
教材原文Sometimes he can make the stick so small that he can keep it in his ear . 有时，他能把金箍棒变得如此小，以至于能把它放在耳朵里。

So...that..表示“如此...以至于..”, 用来引导结果状语从句。

So用来修饰形容词或副词。

She was so angry that she couldn’t speak. 她太生气了，以至于说不出话来了。

She ran so quickly that she knocked a chair over. 她跑得太快了，以至于把椅子都撞翻了。

延伸：so...that .. 和such…that..都可以用来引导结果状语从句，so…that, such...that 对应的结构是这样的：
结果状语从句的结构：so+形容词/副词+that
Such+a/an+形容词+可数名词单数+that
such +形容词+可数名词复数/不可数名词+that
so +形容词+a/an+可数名词单数+that
She is such a lovely girl that we love her very much. = She is so lovely a girl that we love her very much. 她是一个如此可爱的女孩，以至于我们都很喜欢她。

注意：当名词前面有many , much , little (少）, few 修饰时，用so而不用such。

如：
We have so much time that we can finish the work very well. 我们有如此多的时间，以至于我们能很好地完成工作。
