奥硝唑合剂治疗牙体牙髓病的临床疗效及安全性分析

【摘要】目的探析奥硝唑合剂治疗牙体牙髓病的有效性及安全性.方法选取2016年1月~2017年9月就诊于连云港市赣榆区人民医院的牙体牙髓病患者72例,其中36例用奥硝唑治疗的患者为单一组,36例用奥硝唑合剂治疗的患者为合剂组.观察2组患者的疗效、咀嚼功能、血清炎性因子水平、不良反应及复发情况.结果合剂组患者治疗的有效率为94.44%,显著高于单一组的77.77%(P<0.05),咀嚼功能优于单一组(P<0.05),血清炎症因子水平、不良反应发生率及复发率均低于单一组(P<0.05).结论奥硝唑合剂治疗牙体牙髓病的有效性和安全性均比较高,是一种理想的治疗方案.%Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of ornidazole mixture on the treatment of dental disease. Methods 72 cases with dental pulp disease from January 2016 to September 2017 in our hospital were selected. 36 cases were received ornidazole as the single group, 36 cases were received ornidazole mixture as the mixture group. The curative effect, masticatory function, serum level of inflammatory factors, adverse reactions and recurrence in the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate in the mixture group was 94.44%, which was significantly higher than that in the single group of 77.77% (P<0.05). The masticatory function in the mixture group is better than that in the single group
(P<0.05), the serum levels of inflammatory factors and the incidence of
adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the mixture group were lower than those in the single group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ornidazole mixture is effective and safe in the treatment of dental pulp disease, and it is an ideal treatment plan.
