“What is academic stress? In my opinion are multiple assignments, exams, expectations” (Frankel, 2007). Make more students feel very worry. If students have academic stress they will be very upset. Some people will do some bad things. So I have two good ideas that can help everyone make academic stress less of a problem. The best way to deal with academic stress is sleeping and traveling.
The first way is sleeping. “In reality, college life, while a positive experience for many, is full of stresses that may be hazardous to a student’s mental health” (F rankel, 2007.). By that time, the student will have a bad sleeping. We all know in one’s life sleeping time have one third, about 8 hours. Every time when people wake up must be feel very quietly and gentle. Sleeping can help us eliminate worry, anger. Sleeping will have a long life and a good body. By now some students feel their pressure very much, because of study, job, future, and so on. All day they are in the worry day, in China have this talk. When a students graduates from college, then meaning they will lose his job. So many students worry about with their future job. Like this day after day people will return more irritability. If their will adjust their life time and everyday have a good sleeping the pressure will lose more. Sleeping have a good gain is removing someone’s pressure. So sleeping is one of the best ways to deal with academic stress.
The second way is traveling. Spend a little time and go travel when we feel very tired or pressure very big. Near the nature feel it broad, breathe the new air. Suddenly the body will feel very easy. Together with some friends can improve friendly. Travel
with them sees some interesting things then talk about some trouble let them help us together. Everyone will have every different idea to solve this problem. By traveling to Yunnan or Kunming this place I will be in the nature and eating tradition delicious food, watching Country. Finishing the traveling and go back to continue surplus things will double my productiveness as a student.
