对中考英语自动化考试后《江苏省初中英语听力口语自动化考试纲要
TECHNOLOGY WIND[摘要]《江苏省初中英语听力口语自动化考试纲要（试行）》目的是落实《英语课程标准》的要求，促进中学英语教学改革，提高学生综合语言运用能力，从而进一步推进素质教育。
它在中考英语自动化考试后对于师生双方，特别是教师如何正确引导学生对它继续加以有效使用值得我们思考。
[关键词]考试纲要；继续使用；有效；思考对中考英语自动化考试后《江苏省初中英语听力口语自动化考试纲要（试行）》继续有效使用的几点思考李沛宽（江苏连云港市南城中学，江苏连云港222062）《英语课程标准》（2011）指出：英语课程承担着培养学生基本英语素养和发展学生思维能力的任务，即学生通过英语课程掌握基本的英语语言知识，发展基本的英语听、说、读、写技能，初步形成用英语与他人交流的能力，进一步促进思维能力的发展，为今后继续学习英语和用英语学习其他相关科学文化知识奠定基础。
江苏省初中英语听力口语自动化考试的目的是：落实《英语课程标准》的要求，促进中学英语教学改革，提高学生综合语言运用能力，从而进一步推进素质教育。
在英语教学实践中，如何正确发挥《江苏省初中英语听力口语自动化考试纲要（试行）》（以下简称《考试纲要》），特别是它在考试后如何继续加以有效使用值得我们思考。
一、中考口语后出现的现象现象一：中考口语后，有很多学生将《考试纲要》“刀枪入库，马放南山”，还有的学生刚出考场，就将《考试纲要》一扔了之，好像《考试纲要》从此完成了历史使命。
现象二：虽然有部分学生按照老师的要求在继续使用《考试纲要》，但仍然停留在过去背诵短文的模式上。
二、教师应产生的思考上面出现的现象，理所应当让我们产生以下思考：思考一：教师应促使学生完成从输入到输出的完全转变。
中考口语前，学生经过自身的努力和教师的训练，完成了语言从输入到输出的过程，即对语句的识别、记忆以及言语表达的过程，具体体现在读和说两个方面。
而中考口语后，教师就应该采取各种有效的方式让学生完成语言从输入到输出的完全转变，即对语句再现的纸质化过程，具体体现在写和译两个方面。

“话题简述”题的应答要求及应答策略之我见发表时间：2014-01-03T11:07:43.060Z 来源：《考试与评价》教师版2013年第6期供稿作者：魏静[导读] 与此同时，“话题简述”对学生的学习活动尤其是英语综合能力的提高是一种无形的促进。
■ 魏静徐州市铜山区大许镇中心中学为了实现英语考试评价信息化、提高我省中考英语听力和口语测试评价信度和评价工作效率，江苏省从2009年起英语中考实行听力口语自动化考试，采用“人机对话”形式进行听力和口语二合一测试。
这种考试方式是在原来的“人人对话”、“师生对话”考试形式基础上所做的改进。
从2012年起，此考试共分为两大块，第一块是听力部分，计20分；第二块是口语部分，分为“朗读短文”、“情景问答”和“话题简述”三部分，计10分，总计30分。
“话题简述”是江苏省初中英语听力口语自动化考试的最后一项。
在《初中英语听力口语自动化考试训练材料》中一共涉及了20个不同的中心话题（Topics），每个中心话题都有两篇示例，每个示例都围绕一个中心进行不少于7句话的表述。
听力口语自动化考试命题时，将以其中一个样题为基础做变化，学生可以采用口语书上的原话，也可以用自己的语言准确无误地表达出来。
它的要求很明确，即考生按题目要求和提示要点连续说一段话，并能清楚地表达主要意思，不少于7句话，时间为1分半中。
“话题简述”部分作为口语考试的最后一项，占第二块的50%，可见其重要作用，它的特点也是显而易见的：首先，“话题简述”的测试要求完全符合《英语课程标准》《英语课程标准（2011年版）》明确提出了九年级学生的语言技能“说”的方面应达到五级要求，即“1. 能就简单的话题提供信息，表达简单的观点和意见，参与讨论； 2. 能与他人沟通信息，合作完成任务； 3. 能在口头表达中进行适当的自我修正； 4. 能有效地询问信息和请求帮助； 5. 能根据话题进行情景对话； 6. 能用英语表演短剧； 7. 能在以上口语活动中语音、语调自然，语气恰当。
