摘要
区域供热节能控制系统分别对可编程序控制器、组态、和触摸屏做了详细的介绍和整个系统设计。用力控组态软件为上位机控制软件,下位机用的是西门子PLC226和PLC224,并绘出流程图,编写程序。节能供暖系统把锅炉、热力管网和用热设备三个部分看成一个总的热力系统来考虑,采用总体热力系统节能方式,按照用户的实际用热温度要求,进行热力系统整体调控。系统设置了室外和室内温度及所控制温度设计程序控制曲线,同时还对外网系统各支路调控设备进行智能化控制的功能,达到了按照不同用户的不同要求进行分温、分区、分时段智能调控外管网各楼宇温度的目的,还按照需要监控运行记录及系统故障等。下位机按照所设计的不同控制程序灵活方便地调节分控装置阀等控制阀门,同时我们充分利用温度传感器,以室外温度为准,按回水温度曲线严格控制各路回水温度,调节锅炉运行达到供暖安全运行的各项要求。
