摘 要 在实验室条件下,研究了海水中多环芳烃(P AH s )(含低分子量P AH s 苊、菲和艹屈
以及高分子量P AH s 苯并[g,h,i]芘)浓度分别为40、400和4000μg ・L -1
时,红树植物秋茄(Kandelia candel )和白骨壤(A vicennia m arina )不同分解状态落叶碎屑对P AH s 的吸附作用。结果显示:在同等P AH s 浓度下,秋茄和白骨壤落叶碎屑对4种P AH s 的吸附总量相近,树种间或分解状态间的吸附差异不显著;随着P AH s 浓度的增加,2种红树植物落叶碎屑对4种P AH s 的吸附率均呈现逐渐增加的趋势;P AH s 浓度较低时,落叶碎屑对艹屈和菲有较高的吸附率或选择性吸附,P AH s 浓度较高时,落叶碎屑对苯并[g,h,i ]芘吸附率提高。上述结果表明,不同分解状态下的红树植物落叶碎屑对海水中P AH s 均有较强吸附能力,及时清除落叶碎屑,是去除海水中P AH s 的有效途径之一。关键词 红树植物;落叶碎屑;多环芳烃;吸附中图分类号 X171 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1000-4890(2008)05-0858-04Adsorpti on of polycycli c aro ma ti c hydrocarbon s i n seawa ter by mangrove leaf litter 1LU

)polycyclic ar omatic hydr ocarbons (P AH s )including l ow mo 2lecular weight acenaphthylene,phenathrene and chrysene and high molecular weight benz o[g,h,i ]perylene in sea water by the leaf litters of Kandelia candel and A vicennia m a rina at different de 2compositi on status .The results showed that at the sa me concentrati ons,the t otal a mount of test P AH s ads orbed by the K .candel and A.m arina leaf litters had no significant difference,in s p ite of their decompositi on status .The ads orbed a mount of the P AH s tended t o increase with their in 2creasing concentrati ons .The litters had a higher ads or p ti on rate of or exhibited selective ads or p 2ti on t o phenathrene and chrysene when the P AH s concentrati ons were l ower,and had a higher ads or p ti on rate of benz o [g,h,i ]perylene when the P AH s concentrati ons were higher .These re 2sults indicated that mangr ove leaf litter at different decompositi on status had higher ads or p ti on rates of P AH s in sea water .It is suggested that cleaning up the mangr ove leaf litter in ti m e could be one of the most effective ways t o re move P AH s fr om sea water .Key words:mangr ove;leaf litter;polycyclic ar omatic hydr ocarbons;ads or p ti on .
