Up to 16 UART ports can be tested on this evaluation board when 2 XR17V358 are installed. The PCIe interface of the master device is connected directly to the PCIe connector. Procedure:1.Before removing edge connector from ignition controllerappropriately label all edge connector lead wires; L1, L2, S1, S2, Power, Valve and Ground.2. Leaving a small amount of wire in the nine pin connector foridentification purposes, cut all leads connected to the edge connector.3.Strip typically 1/8 inch (use the strip length required by theterminal’s manufacturer if different) of the insulation off all of the leads.4.On the Valve and Ground Terminals insert and crimp a 3/16"quick connector on each lead.5.On the L1, L2, S1, S2, and Power Terminals insert and crimp a1/4" quick connector on each lead (5). 定位器反馈臂机械连接
参照上图,在进行阀门定位器调整前,一定要按要求做好定位器反馈臂机械连接。

具体方法如下:
将阀门置于50%位置,松开CAP NUT(KEY 62), 将Rotary Shaft Arm(Key 2)置于水平位置,滑动Travel Pin( Key 60)至Rotary Shaft Arm行程刻度值处(阀门行程在执行机构名牌上可以看到Travel). 锁紧Cap Nut 即可。

下图即为3582i打开前盖的部分视图,调试步骤如下:
1.设定输入信号为4.1mA(零点),打开气源阀门,将Flapper Assembly置于刻度盘右侧刻度6左右;
2.叉口扳手调整喷嘴(NOZZLE带有锁定螺母)与喷嘴挡板间的距离,同时观察定位器输出气压,使之达到约3psi左右(阀门刚好要开始动作);
3.设定输入信号为20mA(量程),此时观察阀位行程指针是否指到行程的100%(定位器输出压力表接近过滤减压阀输出压力值)若没有,则旋转FLAPPER ASSEMBLY向BEAM刻度大的方向移动(即向上),直到行程指针刚好指到行程的100%(定位器输出压力表接近过滤减压阀输出压力值);
若20MA时行程指针已经指到了行程的100%,则向下旋转FLAPOPER ASSEMBLY。

4.重复步骤1-3直到设定好正确的行程。

注意每次重复时都要先设定零点,再调整量程。

注:1.零点可以通过调整用叉口扳手调整喷嘴(NOZZLE带有锁定螺母)与喷嘴挡板间的距离来实现。

2.量程可以通过调整Flapper Assembl在刻度盘上的位置来实现。

3.位保证阀门能够实现严密关断,在阀门全关位置,定位器输出压力应接近
过滤减压阀输出压力值)。

FISHER(费希尔)3582系列电气阀门定位器的调整调校机具准备:标准仪DRUCK TRX-II工业过程校验仪、压力模块、手动低压发生泵;步话机两台;活动扳手若干把;十字一字螺丝刀各若干把;管用密封生胶带。

调校人员准备:操作员A在上位计算机记录实时数据发布测试指令,操作员B现场调试操作,操作员C作现场记录回复。

调校步骤:插好压力模块与DRUCK TRX-II的信号连接线。

开DRUCK TRX-II 电源,DRUCK TRX-II设置为压力测试量模式。

1.零位调整零位调整的目的是为了保证定位器各部件处于正确的工作位置。

零位调整的过程如下:⑴将执行机构行程调到中间位置,将转臂上的0位对准定位器箱体上的0位刻线,然后使行程销与转臂垂直,全行程值与转臂上刻度对应。

注意:阀杆行程小于1~1/8英寸(29mm)时行程销也必须在1~1/8刻线处。

⑵将喷嘴锁母松开,顺时针拧喷嘴定位器到头,然后反时针拧2周固定。

⑶解除定位器上所有负荷,将定位器的输出,连到执行机构的输入。

⑷将输入信号与定位器相连,首先输入中间值。

比如:3582系列定位器3~15psig(0.2~1.0bar)信号范围时输入9 psig(0.6bar),然后给定位器供气。

注意:正常工作时,挡板必须正对喷嘴,保证挡板不移动,不扭曲。

⑸将挡板打到推板上刻度的零位,输出压力也应为中间值,若不是,松开挡板螺钉,并调整使其输出压力达到中间值然后锁紧。

⑹将挡板转到正作用象限刻度10处,输出压力也应为中间值,若不是,调整波纹管螺栓,使其输出压力达到中间值然后锁紧。

⑺将挡板转到反作用象限刻度10处,输出压力也应为中间值,若不是,调整推板螺栓,使其输出压力达到中间值然后锁紧。

⑻重复⑸、⑹、⑺检查挡板是否正对喷嘴。

若不是,重新调整喷嘴和挡板,直到零位达到。

为行程调整做好准备。

2.行程调整⑴解除负荷,将定位器输出与执行机构输入相连接。

给定位器输入信号并且为中间值。
