步骤 2a:如果已安装 746-LPA 系列干式加速器,请确认隔离球阀已关闭。 步骤 2b:如果已安装 746-LPA 系列干式加速器,请打开 1/4 转排气球阀。 第 3 步: 确认报警测试球阀已关闭。 第 4 步: 开启压缩机或打开空气维护配管组件(AMTA)上的快充球阀,向系统中充气。至少将系统充气至 13 psi/90 kPa/0.9 Bar。 第 5 步: 当系统压力达到约 10 psi/69 kPa/0.7 Bar 且自动排气阀不再释放任何水气时,向上拉起 776 系列低压执行机构的自动排气套管。 说明:自动排气螺钉应密封并保持在设置(“向上”)位置。 第 6 步: 系统空气压力建立后,关闭空气维护配件组件(AMTA)上的快充球阀。 第 7 步: 打开空气维护配件组件(AMTA)上的慢充球阀。说明:慢充球阀未打开可能会因系统压力下降,导致因系统泄露而引起的阀门误工作。 第 8 步: 打开注水管路球阀。让水流过自动排水管。 第 9 步: 向上拉起自动排水套管,直到螺钉处于设置(“向上”)位置为止。核实注水管路压力表确实有压力。 步骤 9a:如果安装的是 746-LPA 系列干式加速器,请关闭 1/4 转排气球阀。 步骤 9b:如果已安装 746-LPA 系列干式加速器,请打开隔离球阀。这样便可设定加速器。 第 10 步: 打开供水主管排水阀。 第 11 步: 缓慢打开供水主管控制阀,直到水流稳定地从打开的供水主管排水阀流出为止。 第 12 步: 水流稳定后,关闭供水主管排水阀。 第 13 步: 将供水主管控制阀完全打开。 第 14 步: 确认所有阀门都处于正常工作位置(请参阅下表)。

⑴、按键控制模式按键控制模式下的应用电路如下图,由K1、K2、K3和K4四个按键控制触发内部存储语音的播放,一个按键能触发一段语音,也能连续的触发多段语音。
按键可以被设置为任何一种触发方式进行触发,电平触发时为低电平触发,脉冲触发时为负脉冲触发。
LED 可以被设置为放音高电平指示或放音低电平指示。
调节内置功放的外反馈电阻R2、R3能调整输出音量的大小。
由Q1、R8、R9和二极管组成上电复位电路,能有效的解决在电压波动大、外干扰信号强等恶劣环境下所造上的上电死机问题。
⑵、并口控制模式并口控制模式下应用电路如下图。
可以用MCU 对WTV 语音芯片进行控制操作,R10~R16为MCU 跟WTV 语音芯片的通讯电压平衡电阻,电阻的计算公式为(Vin-Vout)×700/Vout =Rn。
由MCU 发送地址直接触发WTV 语音芯片内部语音播放,最多可控制128段语音的播放。
1、芯片简介WTV 系列语音芯片是一款功能强大的一次性编程语音芯片,语音为6K 采样频率时,存储长度可分别达到40秒、80秒、170秒、340秒。
音频输出为PWM 或DAC 模式。
可选控制方式有按键控制模式、按键组合控制模式、并口控制模式、串口控制模式等。
按键控制模式的触发方式灵活;串口模式下可控制音量、打开或关闭功放、有循环播放和停止功能。

双压缩机设计
双压缩机冷水机组比单压缩机效率更高、安装成本更低、占地空间更少、可靠性更高。
典型负荷分布
大部分建筑物一年中大约只有几小时(的的确确是以小时 计)是处在最大设计负荷情况下的。而且事实上有些建筑, 比如学校,可能就从来不会达到其最大设计负荷。除了个 别的考虑外,人们为什么还要去关注冷水机组在满负荷下 的性能系数(COP)呢?其实真正应该关心的是“冷水机 组在绝大多数实际负荷条件下的运行费用到底是多少?” 麦克维尔双压缩机冷水机组的部分负荷效率是迄今最为理 想的。 在 5%-100%的负荷范围内对大多数建筑物而言每年 至少有 70%是处于这种情况下运行的,这样双机头机组的 效率便得到了最好的发挥。上述所示建筑物的负荷曲线是 基于对各种类型建筑物负荷的详尽研究之后所作出的。 双机头机组之优点的详细讨论见第 11 页。

HFC—134a 保护整个大气臭氧层
麦克维尔正压设计:不需吹除和真空保护系统,无污染。 HFC—134a 在整个制冷剂系统中都在高于大气压力的所 谓正压下运行的。而对于负(低)压系统,运行期间会有 不凝性物质(空气等)进入系统,为保持机组的性能,一 定时期后必须停机,并用吹除放空设备来除去这些不凝性 物质。吹除放空设备,即使是最新的“高效”型的,也会 不可避免地使制冷剂随那些不凝物质一起抽出,并排放到 大气中去。1990 净化空气行动订立并从 1992 年 7 月 1 日 开始禁止有意排出 CFC 和 HCFC, 而环保型正压系统则杜 绝了这一现象的发生。 制造商和维修人员在生产或维修时都特别注意要确保制冷 系统的干燥。因此如果再选择购买运行时会使含有水分的 空气渗入 HCFC-123 负压冷水机组就显得毫无意义了。 除了制冷剂的损失和吹除放空设备的维修问题外,负压机 组还需要一个真空保护系统。此系统在机组停机时加热制 冷剂,以获得正压。ห้องสมุดไป่ตู้憾的是,真空保护系统只有在机组 停机时才工作,而在机组运行时却不能解决与真空有关的 问题。另外,机组真空加热系统还会额外地耗费能量。 所有 McQuay 离心机使用正压制冷剂,因此 z 无杂物进入系统回路 z 不会损坏电机绝缘层,润滑油不会变质 z 不会因不凝物的存在而降低换热系数,从而提高运行费 用 z 不会因系统有湿气而腐蚀换热管 z 无吹除放空设备的年维修费用和增购费用 z 无更换油、过滤器和替换制冷剂的费用
