4.2储存、防护
4.2.1仓管员负责所有在库物料的储存工作,生产部门内的产品由其工序组长负责相应的储存、防护工作。
c)仓库对在库物料每月末盘点,对长期库存十二个月以上的货品通知品质部进行定期检查,合格的继续保存,不合格品申请报废处理。
4.3出库状况,制作并打印《装箱单》。
4.3.2成品仓管根据《装箱单》,负责现场核证,标签、数量、客户名称、订单号等是否相符。
4.3.3出货时,成品仓管监督出货装车人员按《装箱单》上之明细,将货物搬运装车,运输过程中要防止碰撞、挤压,以免使货物变形、划伤。
4.2.2在库物料(如原材料、纸箱、成品等)按下述原则保管:
a)所属物料应置于指定位置,且有相应的保护物品(如隔板、保护膜等)。
b)不同物料分类摆放,贴上相应标签。
c)入库之成品,应置于规定区域,标识清楚。
d)所有在库物料须填写《物料卡》做到帐、物、卡相符(原材料与成品除外)。
4.2.3在制造过程中的物料生产部门负责以卡板、或纸箱、等放置,并作必要标识。
