由于集装箱港口通常位于沿江沿海地区,台风龙卷风等自然灾害时有发生。
而岸边集装箱起重机结构和迎风面均较大,相比其他装置更易受大风的袭击。
因此,有效、可靠地提高岸边集装箱起重机的防风性能,对港口安全生产具有十分重要的意义。
文中详细介绍了防风铁楔的结构特点和工作原理,结合岸边集装箱起重机的实际工况,对防风铁楔的电气控制系统进行改进设计,改进后的运行效果良好,达到了改造的目的。

As container ports are usually located in coastal areas along the Yangtze River, natural disasters such as typhoons and tornadoes occur from time to time. However, the quayside container crane has a larger structure and windward side and is more vulnerable to strong winds than other devices. Therefore, effectively and reliably improving the windproof performance of quayside container cranes is of great significance to the safe production of ports. In this paper, the structural characteristics and working principle of the windproof iron wedge are introduced in detail. Combined with the actual working conditions of the quayside container crane, the electrical control system of the windproof iron wedge is improved and designed. 1. Feature developer(s) needs to work on HLD and have the HLD reviewed by SMEs, Feature Tester, Software Product Manager, Representatives from all impacted Tech Teams. For each iteration, the feature developer and the feature tester work together to develop the feature test plan. The feature test plan should contain not only the test cases for the feature functionality, but also the interactions with the components/features that are already present in the main-dev. Once the test plan is complete, the developer needs to review the test plan to make sure that the test plan can cover all the functionality of the iteration, then signs off the test plan. Once the test plan is signed off, the tester works with the developer to identify the cases that can be automated and plan the work for automatiБайду номын сангаасn. 6. Once the development work for the iteration is complete, the developer runs the unit test to make sure that all the functionality for the iteration is working as expected. Unit testing code should be considered as part of the development code and should be stored in the repos Once the unit test is complete for the iteration, the feature developer rebases the changes to the latest main-dev release and hands off the test build for the iteration to the feature tester to run the feature test plan for the iteration. If the feature tester finds any issues while running the feature test plan for the iteration, the tester will submit defects in the Tech Team JIRA project .
