Foreign-related Power of Attorney Agreement
This Foreign-related Power of Attorney Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between [Client Name], a [Client's Country] corporation with its principal place of business at [Client's Address] (hereinafter referred to as "Principal"), and [Agent Name], a [Agent's Country] corporation with its principal place of business at [Agent's Address] (hereinafter referred to as "Agent").
