To lear n to draw a family tree.
To master the usages of cardinal numeral, such as ages,
telephone numbers, price, time, years etc.

教师活动备课札记 Step 1 Revision and lead-in
T: Good morning, boys a nd girls. How are you, toda y?
Ss: I’m fine, thank you. And you?
T: I’m fine, too. Is this A?
Ss: No. This is B.
T: Is this C?
Ss: Yes.
T: W e are in the same class, so we’re classmates. We’re not
family members. How many peo ple are there in your family?
Ss: …They are…
(引出表示家庭成员的词汇:father, mother, brother, sister, grandfather, grandmother, aunt, uncle, cousin and me)
T: Can you draw a family tree?(给出示范)
Step 2 Presentation
1. T: This is a photo of my family. This is my father. He is a
doctor. This is my mother. She is a teacher. This is my
grandfather and grandmother. Now show me your photos, and can
you intr oduc e your family members to us like this?
Ss: Yes.

2. T: Now let’s listen to a conversation about a family photo,
and tell me how many people they are talking about. Now listen.
Ss: Four.
T: Well done! Now listen again. And try to answer the following
questions.
1.They are talking about four people, and who are they?
2.Does th e boy’s mother have short hair or long hair?
3.What’s the boy’s father/mother?
4.How old is his grandfather/grand mother?
3.Now please complete PA2.

3.Ask students to rete ll the passage.
4.Ask students to introduce their family members.
Step 4 Presentation
1. T: Do you remember cardinal numeral, such as one, two, three…?
Ss: Yes. One, two, three, four, five, si x…
T: Who can write them on the blackboard?
S1 1-10, S2 11-20, S3 30-90.
Other students please write on your paper and check the answers.
