As someone who has visited Dali during the winter, I can attest to the fact that the snow-covered scenery is truly breathtaking. The snow transforms the already stunning landscape into a winter wonderland, with the snow-capped Cangshan Mountain range in the background and the serene Erhai Lake in the foreground.
One of my favorite things to do in Dali during the winter is to take a stroll around the ancient town. The snow-covered rooftops and traditional buildings create a picturesque scene that looks like it's straight out of a fairytale. The quiet streets and lack of crowds during the winter months also make it a more peaceful and enjoyable experience.
Another must-see attraction during the winter in Dali is the Three Pagodas. The pagodas, which date back to the
Tang Dynasty, are even more stunning when surrounded by a blanket of snow. The contrast between the white snow and
the red brick of the pagodas is truly striking.
