Project management need to be implemented
with the characteristics of each kind of field. Good planning is the precondition for the implementation of good project management. Before the start of each stage of the project, there should have a detailed plan, including the prevention and resolution of the potential risks of the program.This paper aims to explore how to practice in the manufacturing enterprise project management, in particular, planning management. The efficiency of project management will be improved by using the reasonable planning management. By analyzing the plan management problems of product project existing in the manufacturing industry, the resolution will be brought up through diagnosing, analyzing each problem. The final adoption of the author is currently involved in the actual project in the company to explain the actual application of these methods.It firstly introduced the background of this paper written by authors, then introduced the status of domestic and foreign project management and planning management. Then especially it refers to manufacturing industry. The author summarized the characteristics of project management in manufacturing industry.
