蜡泪样骨病的CT表现

【摘 ;要】目的：探讨蜡泪样骨病（melorheostosis）的CT表现。

方法：回顾性分析6例
蜡泪样骨病的CT表现。

结果：6例中单侧肢体5例，双侧肢体1例;单发骨3例，同侧肢体多发骨2例，双侧肢体多发骨1例。

CT表现：骨皮质不规则增厚、可累及整个骨干，髓腔不均匀变窄，松质骨或髓腔内骨质密度增高，其中1例病灶周围软组织内出现高密度钙化灶及脂肪密度灶。

结论：蜡泪样骨病CT影像学表现有一定的特征性。

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the CT findings of melorheostosis. Methods： CT findings of 6 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results：All of the 6 cases，5 cases manifested unilateral limbs，1 patient manifested bilateral limbs; 3 single bone， 2 ipsilateral limbs and 1 bilateral limbs with multiple bones.The CT findings： The cortical bone was irregularly hypertrophic and involved the whole bone， the medullary cavity was inhomogeneously narrow， and the cancellous bone or the medullary cavity showed high density mass; Massive calcification and fat density stove were found in the soft tissue in 1 case. Conclusion： The CT findings of melorheostosis have some relative characteristics.

蠟泪样骨病（melorheostosis）临床及影像少见，发病率低，因其病变的形态类似融化的蜡油向蜡烛边缘向下流淌而得名，又称蜡油样骨病、Leri病、Leri综合征、肢骨纹状增生症等，病因不明，现多认为其是骨骼发育障碍性所致。

为提高诊断水平，现对6例蜡泪样骨病的CT 表现进行回顾性分析。

1 资料和方法
1.1 临床资料
收集蜡泪样骨病的临床资料，男性4例，女性2例;年龄18-60岁，平均33.5岁。

临床表
现为患肢疼痛伴活动受限，活动时加重，休息后缓解。

周围软组织肿胀及压痛。

1.2 检查仪器及参数。
