Every morning,as the first light of dawn gently filters through the curtains,I find myself awakening to a new day filled with promise and potential.My morning routine,a ritual that I have cultivated over the years, is a blend of mindfulness,physical activity,and intellectual engagement that sets the tone for the rest of my day.
