2.6 起弧、收弧设置-burn back焊丝回烧时间 Crater time设置完成后,再按一次按钮2,可在0-2s间进行Burn back设置,再按 一下按钮2,则start option灯亮,显示屏上显示为arc delay time,回到默认状态。

As the number of speakers increases, the power that is available to each decreases. Plan the system so that each speaker can receive the highest level of wattage available.Note: Only satellites with 70v tap settings need to be calculated. 8ohm satellites and subwoofers do not require calculation.Recommendation: As with any 70v installation, we recommend leaving 20% of headroom, using only 80% of anamplifier's rated power. For a 500w amplifier, this is 400w per channel. 400w is 13 speakers @30w, or 106 speakers @3.75w per channel, or any combination in between.CR-CDI1000-LSCAPE Amplifier Quick Start GuidePg. 3 Support: 866.838.5052Source Input Wiring5.5.1. Mono Adapter UsageFor convenience we have included a pre terminated unbalanced line level RCA to Phoenix connector. This adapter converts a stereo signal to mono to feed both channels. When a source that falls below the required voltage is used, we recommend that a pre-amp or balanced line level converter be used to compensate for the lower output of unbalanced signals.CR-CDI1000-LSCAPE Amplifier Quick Start GuidePg. 4© 2013 Episode®Speaker Wiring6.6.1. 8 ohm Wiring∙ Burial-rated wire is recommended for all installations.∙For Maximum Performance:o For wire runs up to 100 feet, 16ga or larger wire is recommended. o For wire runs up to 200 feet, 14ga wire or larger is recommended. o For wire runs up to 300 feet, 12ga wire or larger is recommended.Note: Smaller wire gauges may be used, but overall performance will be reduced depending on the wire gauge used. The chart below shows the wire length and the amount of signal loss that you can expect on a typical run.6.2. 70v WiringOne of the advantages of 70v systems is that a smaller wire gauge can be used. A 20ga cable can be used for up to 1,147 feet with only an 11% power loss. An 18ga cable can be used for up to 2,029 feet and a 16ga up to 2,783 feet. The ‘P’ value can be changed to 0 in ‘Configuration 1’ mode to produce an ON/OFF control output.When the PV (process variable) reaches the SP (set point), the control output is ON (100%), when it reaches the SP the control output becomes OFF (0%).* To prevent the control output from flickering too frequently the hysteresis (‘HYS1’ in ‘Operation’ mode) is to be set.Control5.1.3 PIDPID control is the default control type of this controller. If ‘AT’ in ‘Operation’ mode becomes ‘YES’, the auto tuning process will start. DC-1000 body
产品简介DC-1000是由可控硅整流器控制的三相直流弧焊电源。
用于埋弧或明弧全自动及半自动焊接,还可使用直径达15.9mm 的碳棒进行碳弧气刨,仅用单个电位器即可调节全范围的输出控制。
DC-1000(序列号在9500以下)不推荐用于手工焊或在短弧焊接模式下使用实芯焊丝及气体。
DC-1000(9500以上)接上500A 输出螺栓后可使用GMAW 工艺,能产生优良的低电流弧焊特性。
DC-1000有三种模式开关,用来选择CV 自保护,CV 恒压埋弧或CC (VV )恒流埋弧。
它可与LN-7、LN-8、LN-9半自动送丝机,NA-3、NA-5、NA-5R 全自动送丝机及LT56、LT-7小车配套使用。
安装位置将DC-1000放置于通风条件良好的清洁、干燥的位置,以减少由于污物的进入而导致的通气道阻塞、机体过热及自动关闭。
凹进的前面板能保护操作控制,可拆卸旁板易于维修。
机器可适用于野外作业,具有防尘、防潮、耐高温与低温的特点。
底座仅长965mm, 能置于工作台下或将两台叠起以节省占地面积。
放置2台DC-1000可以按以下要求叠放在一起:1. 底部的部件必须放在稳固的、可承受机体重量的水平表面上。
2. 部件的堆放应保证机器前部处于同平面。
输入线路确保输入电压、相位及频率与机器铭牌上所标相符。
三重电压(如230/380/440)型号的电源出厂时,线路的联接将采用440V AC 。
国内采用380V AC ,需改变联接,请参看电源后部拆下的接线板背面的接线图。
控制变压器接到L2端的H4(440V )引线改成H3(380V )拆下背部面板,依照电路图连接3相交流电源与输入接触器的端子L1,L2,L3。
须由专业人员进行操作。
焊机必须接地。
L1L2L3接地端380V 电压连接片接法H1H3推荐使用的输入电线,地线及保险丝尺寸用于50/60Hz,3相,暂载率100%输入电压输入电流三相输入电缆空气开关380V AC 112V AC 3*(25-35)+1*10mm2160A输出端的联接A.输出接线柱连接输出导线与位于前部面板下部左右角的标有(+)(-)的输出端子,从左到右分别是+1000A、+500A和-1000A。

但是,正确安装和操作更有利于保障您的人身安全。
禁止在没有通读此手册和所包含的安全规章情况下安装,使用或维修此设备。
更重要的是,客户在进行上述操作之前应考虑得当。
1安全!警告请确保所有的安装,操作,维护以及修理过程均由合格人员执行。
1.h. 为了防止烫伤,当发动机仍然热时严禁打开散热器压力盖!内燃机类设备1.a.在排除故障和维修前,应关闭发动机,除非维修工作需要它运转。
1.b.在开放,通风良好的地方操作发动机,或者将废气排到室外。
1.c.禁止在焊接电弧附近或当发动机运转时添加燃料。
在添加燃料前应使发动机停止转动并使其冷却,防止溅出的燃料挥发与热态的发动机部件接触而燃烧。
若燃料溅出,需擦净后才能启动发动机。
1.d.应使所有设备的安全防护罩,盖子和装置在适当位置并检修正常。
当起动,使用或维修设备时,手,头发,衣物和工具应远离V型皮带,齿轮,风扇和所有其它运动部件。
1.e.有些情况,需要拆除防护罩进行必要的维修。
切记只有在必要时才能拆下防护罩并且当维修结束后请迅速将其复原。
在运动部件附近工作时要格外小心。
1.f.禁止用手接近风扇。
当发动机工作时,禁止不顾调速器或空转轮而强行推动节气阀控制杆。
1.g.在维修时,当转动发动机或焊接电源时,为了防止意外起动汽油发电机,请断开火花塞接线,点火分配器顶盖或电磁发动机接线及其它。
电磁场对人体有害2.a.流过任何导体的电流会产生电磁场(EMF) 。
焊接电流在焊接电缆和焊机附近将产生EMF。
2.b. 在EMF区内心脏起搏器会受到干扰,带有心脏起搏器的焊工在焊接前应向医生咨询。
2.c.在焊接时暴露于EMF区情况下将对身体健康产生其它未知影响。
2.d. 所有焊工需执行下述步骤以减小焊接回路EMF区的暴露程度。

Open DVC-1000 Utility and click search device, then it will list all available devices.IP Address : The network IP is automatically assigned. You can disable the "DHCP" to change the IP Address.MAC Address : Device MAC AddressSN : Displays the current camera SN numberDevice Name : You can edit the device's name in the web page. The default device name is DVC-1000.Camera Type : The camera SKU.OS Version : The current DVC-1000 OS version.Camera FW Version : The current camera firmware version.4.1.2 Searching Camera IP AddressStep 1Right click the mouse, Choose "Login Page".Step 2Enter the default username and password and click "Login". Default Username : adminDefault Password : adminStep 3Disable the "USE DHCP", a dialog box will pop up, then click "OK".Step 4Under the same domain, your IP address can be changed from 2 to 254. If IP is already exist, it will show message to ask for set up another new IP.Step 5Enter the new IP, and click "update config". When the progress bar shows100%, the IP address changed successful, then the device willbe restart.Step 6Close the page and waiting for 30 seconds, in Vecow utility, search device again, make sure the IP address changed successfully.Step 7Enter to the login page again, click "Historys Logs" to see change history.4.1.3 Edit passwordWe recommend that you change the login password immediately after you get the device.Step 1Enter to login page, Click "Edit Password".Step 2Set your new password and click "Submit", A message indicating that the password has been successfully changed will pop up.Note : User name is not allowed to be changed, only password can be changed.4.1.4 Restore Factory Default SettingStep 1If you want to restore your device to factory setting, you just need to open Vecow utility and choose your device and enter to login page, thenchoose "restore factory".Step 2All of the settings will be restored to factory default, Do you want to continue click "Ok".Step 3Close the page, waiting for 30 seconds in Vecow utility, Search device, enter to login page, make sure all the items you changed before havebeen restored to factory settings, and the history logs has also beencompletely clear.4.1.5 Camera Firmware UpdateDVC-1000 camera firmware can be updated manually when Intel releases new firmware. The updating process takes approximately 3~5 minutes depending on your network condition. While updating firmware, make sure the power supply is constant throughout the process. The updating process is an advanced configuration, failure to comply to the instruction below may cause the camera to become unusable. In that case, send your camera back to Vecow for customer service.Step 1Copy the files that need to be updated to any folder on your computer first, then open the Vecow utility and select "Camera FW Update".Step 2Select the "Browser" , then enter the folder where the file was saved before.Step 3Select the "firmware file and click Open".Step 4Click start, a dialog box "Do you want to update" will pop up, select "Yes", camera FW update started.Step 5Make sure the camera FW update successful.Step 6Select "Yes" to restart the system, open VECOW utility, search device, confirm that the camera FW has been updated to the latest version.4.1.6 System Firmware UpdateThe DVC-1000 system firmware can be updated manually when new FW releases The updating process takes approximately 30 minutes depending on your network condition. While updating firmware, make sure the power supply is constant throughout the process. The updating process is an advanced configuration, failure to comply to the instruction below may cause the camera to become unusable. In that case, send your camera back to VECOW for customer service.Step 1Copy the files that need to be updated to any folder on your computer first. Step 2Open the VECOW utility and select "System FW Update".Step 3Select "Browser" and choose the new version of firmware.Step 4Click "Start", When pop up "Do you want to update" → choose "Yes".Step 5The foxconn toolkit will transferring the firmware to the device.Step 6When file transfer complete, server automatically enters to update F/W mode and The firmware update begins.Step 7When system firmware update successfully, the system will restart, it will take about 1 minute.Step 8The system FW Update successfully.Step 9Open VECOW utility, search device, confirm that the system FW has been updated to the latest version.4.1.7 System Firmware RecoveryIf your system files are damaged, you can recover your system through "System FW recovery". The recovery process takes approximately 30 minutes depending on your network condition. While recovery firmware, make sure the power supply is constant throughout the process. The recovery process is an advanced configuration, failure to comply to the instruction below may cause the camera to become unusable. In that case, send your camera back to VECOW for customer service.Step 1Open the VECOW utility, right click your device and select "System FW Recovery".Step 2Select "Recovery".Step 3Do you want to recovery default system → choose "Yes".Step 4The recovery progress begins.Step 5When successfully recover system, the system will restart, it will take about 1 minute.Step 6System restart successful, the system recovery to default system now.4.1.8 Shut DownStep 1Open VECOW utility, click "Search Device".Step 2Choose your device and right click mouse, select "Shut Down", "Do you want to shut down" choose "Yes".Step 3In the lower left corner of the VECOW utility, it will show "System Shut Down".Step 4You can shut down the device from the web page too.IMPORTANT :When the device shut down successfully, if you want to use the device again, you need to unplug the power cord and plug it in again, otherwise, it won't find the device.4.1.9 RestartStep 1Open VECOW Utility, click "Search Device".Step 2Choose your device and right click mouse, select "Restart", "Do you want to restart" choose "Yes".Step 3In the lower left corner of the VECOW utility, it will show "System Restart".Step 4When the device restart successful, wait about 30 seconds, then search device again, the VECOW utility will list your device under thesub network.Step 5You can restart the device from the web page too.4.1.10 Accessing Web InterfaceYou can access your DVC-1000 camera from its own web interface.Note that the web interface only supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 10.0 or above. Step 1Start your web browser. In the Search Bar, type in "http://your IPaddress:8888/" of your DVC-1000 camera.Step 2Entering from the webpage has the same function as VECOW utility.4.1.11 Accessing Camera ImageStep 1Before you access the camera image, make sure the SDK has been installed successfully. Start T erminal and type the following command toopen the Intel Realsense-viewer, the "Intel Realsense-Viewer" will pop up.
