It features a large capacity, standard hardened trim and superior shaft blow-out protection. 普通及机械结构用钢板GB与JIS对照1、日本钢材(JIS系列)的牌号中普通结构钢主要由三部分组成第一部分表示材质,如:S (Steel )表示钢,F (Ferrum )表示铁;第二部分表示不同的形状、种类、用途,如P(Plate)表示板,T (Tube )表示管,K(Kogu) 表示工具,U一特殊用途,W一线材、丝,C一铸件,F一锻件;第三部分采用数字,表示钢类或钢材的序号或强度值下限。
有的牌号在数字序号后还附加后缀A、B、C等字母,表示不同的质量等级、种类或厚度。
如:SS400 ——第一个S表示钢(Steel), 第二个S表示“结构” (Structure ) , 400为下限抗拉强度400MPa ,整体表示抗拉强度为400 MPa 的普通结构钢。
在牌号主体结构(第一、二、三部分)之后,根据需要,可附加钢材形状、制造方法及热处理的后缀符号。
2、主要牌号说明:SPHC ——首位S为钢Steel的缩写,P为板Plate的缩写,H为热Heat的缩写,C商业Commercial 的缩写,整体表示一般用热轧钢板及钢带。
SPHD ------- 表示冲压用热轧钢板及钢带。
SPHE ——表示深冲用热轧钢板及钢带。
SPCC ——表示一般用冷轧碳素钢薄板及钢带,相当于中国Q195-215A 牌号。
其中第三个字母C为冷Cold的缩写。
需保证抗拉试验时,在牌号末尾加T为SPCCT。
SPCD ——表示冲压用冷轧碳素钢薄板及钢带,相当于中国08AL (13237 )优质碳素结构钢。
SPCE ——表示深冲用冷轧碳素钢薄板及钢带,相当于中国08AL (5213 )深冲钢。
需保证非时效性时,在牌号末尾加N为SPCEN。
冷轧碳素钢薄板及钢带调质代号:退火状态为A,标准调质为S, 1/8硬为8 ,1/4硬为4 ,1/2硬为2 ,硬为1。
表面加工代号:无光泽精轧为D,光亮精轧为B。
如SPCC-SD 表示标准调质、无光泽精轧的一般用冷轧碳素薄板。

Without proper caution, it is very easy and frustrating to have excessive ringing, oscillation and other degraded AC performance in high speed circuits. As a rule, the signal traces should be short and wide to provide low inductance and low impedance paths. Any unused board space needs to be grounded to reduce stray signal pickup. Critical components should also be grounded at a common point to eliminate voltage drop. Sockets add capacitance to the board and can affect frequency performance.It is better to solder the amplifier directly into the PCboard without using any socket.jack2.COMPONENTS SELECTION AND FEEDBACK RESISTORIt is important in high speed applications to keep all component leads short because wires are inductive at high frequency.For discrete components, choose carboncomposition-type resistors and mica-typecapacitors. Surface mount components arepreferred over discrete components for minimuminductive effect. Large values of feedback resistors can couple with parasitic capacitance and cause undesirable effects such as ringing or oscillation in high speed amplifiers. For LM6171, a feedback resistor of 510Ω gives optimal performance. 3.The combination of an amplifier’s input capacitance with the gain setting resistors adds a pole that can cause peaking or oscillation. To solve this problem, a feedback capacitor with a value C F > (R G x C IN)/R F can be used to cancel that pole. ForLM6171, a feedback capacitor of 2 pF is recommended. Figure 1illustrates the compensation circuit.4.Driving Capacitive LoadsAmplifiers driving capacitive loads can oscillate or haveringing at the output. To eliminate oscillation or reduceringing,an isolation resistor can be placed as shownbelow in Figure5. The combination of the isolationresistor and the load capacitor forms a pole to increasestablility by adding more phase margin to the overallsystem. The desired performance depends on the valueof the isolation resistor; the bigger the isolation resistor,the more damped the pulse response becomes. ForLM6171, a 50Ω isolation resistor isrecommended for initial evaluation. Figure 6 shows theLM6171 driving a 200 pF load with the 50Ω isolation resistor.5.A common error for the first-time CFB user is the creation of a unity gain buffer amplifier by shorting the output directly to the inverting input. A CFB amplifier in this configuration will oscillate and is not recommended. The THS300x, like all CFB amplifiers, must have a feedback resistor for stable operation. Additionally, placing capacitors directly from the output to the inverting input is not recommended. This is because, at high frequencies, a capacitor has a very low impedance. This results in an unstable amplifier and should not be considered when using a current-feedback amplifier. Because of this, integrators and simple low-pass filters, which are easily implemented on a VFB amplifier, have to be designed slightly differently. If filtering is required, simply place an RC-filter at the noninverting terminal of the operational-amplifier (see Figure Figure 57. Single-Pole Low-Pass Filter)If a multiple-pole filter is required, the use of a Sallen-Key filter can work very well with CFB amplifiers. This is because the filtering elements are not in the negative feedback loop and stability is not compromised. Because of their high slew-rates and high bandwidths, CFB amplifiers can create very accurate signals and help minimize distortion. An example is shown in Figure 58.Figure 58. 2-Pole Low-Pass Sallen-Key FilterThere are two simple ways to create an integrator with a CFB amplifier. The first, shown in Figure 59, adds a resistor in series with the capacitor. This is acceptable because at high frequencies, the resistor is dominant and the feedback impedance never drops below the resistor value. The second, shown in Figure 60, uses positive feedback to create the integration. Caution is advised because oscillations can occur due to the positive feedback.。

General Description
The MAX4104/MAX4105/MAX4304/MAX4305 op amps feature ultra-high speed, low noise, and low distortion in a SOT23 package. The unity-gain-stable MAX4104 requires only 20mA of supply current while delivering 625MHz bandwidth and 400V/µs slew rate. The MAX4304, compensated for gains of +2V/V or greater, delivers a 730MHz bandwidth and a 1000V/µs slew rate. The MAX4105 is compensated for a minimum gain of +5V/V and delivers a 410MHz bandwidth and a 1400V/sec slew rate. The MAX4305 has +10V/V minimum gain compensation and delivers a 340MHz bandwidth and a 1400V/µs slew rate. Low voltage noise density of 2.1nV/ √Hz and -88dBc spurious-free dynamic range make these devices ideal for low-noise/low-distortion video and telecommunications applications. These op amps also feature a wide output voltage swing of ±3.7V and ±70mA output currentdrive capability. For space-critical applications, they are available in a miniature 5-pin SOT23 package.
